Redlynne Posted September 10, 2019 Posted September 10, 2019 Yes. Kheldians are not locked out of Flight and Teleport pools ... meaning you can now take Air Superiority as a Kheldian. Verbogeny is one of many pleasurettes afforded a creatific thinkerizer.
