    Well the idea of div 2 is the same minus pets but you bring up exactly the kinda point is like to see more feedback on with regards to division creation. I have no problems with a crap load of divisions so if you have suggestions please feel free to share them

    Couple reasons. One is just lores being banned due to tradition more than anything and me overlooking signature summons.

     

    I initially expected they would be blocked by the general outline I had for temp powers that the temp power needs to be readily available and practical to be used as part of normal day to day play.

     

    Now that that Pandora's box has been opened and I've realized that signature summons DO meet those criteria, I'm allowing them on the possibility that, like epic pets, one or more of them will have unique synergy with one set or another.

     

    To this effect I'm implementing a division system with the current rules being division 1 while most all runs done before the first signature summon run counting as division 2

    I've gone Musc Radial and Ageless Radial on my VEATs endgame builds, because I was able to reach a certain level of Endurance sustainment that inches over the line with the 33% Endmod buff from Musc Radial. This really only effects Stamina (insofar as I can tell, since the inherent is a non-thing as you've illustrated), but it effects it in a noticeable way.

     

    If I get End Drained or the passive Endurance use can't keep up, I used Ageless Radial as a bandaid; much how it could be used otherwise to patch up slows and debuffs.

     

    With this synced combo you get damage, recovery, and a status loofa.

     

     


    To expand on this, losing out the extra damage from core is no big deal for Widows specifically because you are likely to be kissing damage cap basically all the time anyways

    This is incorrect, Mental Training is only available to Night Widows. While Soldiers have access to it in their base Soldier Secondary Powersets, Widows do not and have to get it from their SubAT which only Night Widow has.

    Night Widow and Fortunata are Defense based characters. They also have no DDR (Defense Debuff Resistance), which essentially means that if an attack with inflicts a -Defense Debuff slips through - and it will eventually due to Streakbreaker - you will experience an immediate Defense Cascade Failure.

     

    The primary cures to this are Inspirations of the Orange or Purple variety, which increase Resistance and Defense respectively, and knowing your targets.     This is also incorrect. Forsight grants 17.3% DDR which is enhancable, usually to 27-28% Additionally NWs have Elude which grants another 34.6% enhancable to ~55% for a total of 82-83% during Elude's up time. The crash is a serious issue but there ARE ways around it. Either way with scaling damage resists and a bit of DDR Widow can manage DDR heavy opponents fine as long as you make use of your tools.

     



    I definitely feel you are underselling Fort's mez capabilities. The luke warm response to a dps AT having access to an AoE Hold of the same strength (or with Fate Sealed, more) than a Controller deserves more highlight.

    I absolutely enjoyed every second of playing my Fire/Fire Tanker back in the legacy days (Issue 0 onwards). I decided to make a Fire/Fire Scrapper on Homecoming after reading about some power changes back in Page 5 of Issue 27. I'm at Level 4 and I'm enjoying it so far - very simple and I like DoTs from Fire as a secondary effect. However, I can't get away from Mids and build optimization (once you open that pandora's box, it's a curse!).

     

    Is it reasonable to expect this build will not be the worst Scrapper I could've rolled? Hopefully that bar is low enough 😄 

     

    It'll be a bit squishy but fire aura is one of the offensive armor and fire melee is solid, not top tier but above average.

  12. Well for one, yes electric melee is a sub par set, and specifically the way it's sub par is going to make it feel bad. 

     

    Scrapper actually can be out dpsed by Brutes both ST and AoE depending on sets and builds. However once you add the ATOs in, the formula flips. Crit is the secret sauce you are likely missing. 

     

    In particular, picking the right spot for superior critical strikes proc. Some sets can manage over 30% up time on that +50% chance to crit

    Did you go ahead and report this? double check CoD and  you are 100% correct and that is defonitly just an oversight isnce Enflame has to have its damage scales done manually since its a pseudopet and cant retrieve the caster's damage scalar
