I just wish there was an Incarnate reward that allowed you to earn additional Enhancement slots for your powers (one at a time) until all your powers reached the maximum number of slots; every single power six slotted.

Does the area where the arena terminals are located in Pocket D give the Duelist Day Job?
If not then maybe the Devs can designate it for the Day Job.

That did the trick, I just double checked the stores & it worked, thanks for the tip.
In case anyone else is looking to change the settings: Menu>Options>General>Miscellaneous>Show All Enhancements in Stores.

After completing the missions for all the origin stores (Holsten Armitage, Penny Preston, Agent Six, & Mark IV) their store inventory remains blank.
After completing the mission for Serafina (my origin, magic), her store shows the store inventory.
Is that working as intended or is that a bug?
And can their missions (along with Ghost Falcon) be added to Flashback at some point?

Can a Rage bar be added to the power, as you use your other attacks the bar fills.
Allow Rage to be activated at any time, but if you pop it while the bar is empty the defense debuff still applies, but if you activate it at max or near max the defense debuff is removed.
Perhaps add a small amount of +Recharge if the bar activated with a max bar, so you can cycle through your attacks a little quicker.
Also don't have the bar degrade like Fury does, so the user has control over when & where to activate Rage with a maxed out bar, so it can be used when it's needed most.

There are times thank I want to thank an informative post, or use a laughing smiley at a funny post; & I find that I can no longer click anymore reactions.
I feel that only allowing 10 reactions per day is too restrictive, can the limit be removed?

Sounds like a cool power pool set biostem.
My own idea for a street power pool.
Street Tuff Power Pool
Dirty Fighter - Melee, Moderate DMG(Smash), Foe -DMG
Groin Smash - Melee, Moderate Dmg(Smash), Foe Disorient, Foe Vomit
Boomstick - Ranged (Cone), Moderate DMG(Lethal), Foe Knockback
School of Hard Knocks - Auto: Self +Res(Smash, Lethal), +Max Health
Original Gangster - Click Self +DMG, +To Hit

For example Meg Mason in the Hollows only covers levels 5 - 15, it would be fun if there was an exemplar option on the contact itself for characters above level 15, so we could click on her, exemplar & then run her missions.
Some of these other repeatable mission contacts also have a limited level range as well.

Escort NPCs that fight alongside you already have +perception powers.
During Twinshot's storyarc when Flambeaux is supposed to follow & fight alongside of you, she keeps losing track of you & asks "where are you?" until you turn off Shadow Fall.

It's a brave new post-I24 world out there. It's full of public and private City of Heroes servers springing up to host game clients that can evolve to suit whatever tastes their particular communities might prefer.Paragon Wiki has always been a record of the official content of the game client on the live servers. But there was only one version of the game, and the content on any one server was the same as the content on every other server (though the language it was presented in might be different.) Going forward, that's no longer going to be the case, and eventually there are probably going to be disagreements about which server is "official" or not.
So, after some internal discussion on how we want to handle Paragon Wiki going forward, we've come to essentially this conclusion:
The state of City of Heroes/Villains as it existed on December 1, 2012, will continue to be the version of the game documented by Paragon Wiki.
While this decision may be revisited at some point, this is Paragon Wiki's policy for the forseeable future. The wiki will remain a snapshot of a particular reference point in time.
Now, we understand that there is a significant amount of interest in documenting changes made on the new servers, and there are definitely ways to do that. And Paragon Wiki can still help with that.
1) The content of Paragon Wiki is licensed under open GNU. Anyone can make a copy of Paragon Wiki and start their own wiki for their own server. Wikis made this way can diverge from that point going forward to their heart's content.
2) A server community may want to create a new wiki, but not copy all of Paragon Wiki, referencing Paragon Wiki for most content and only creating pages specific to their server where it's different. This can easily be done by setting up an inter-wiki link on the new wiki and transcluding or linking to the content from Paragon Wiki.
3) Or you can start your own wiki from scratch and go nuts with it. That's cool, too.

Nice looking Zone, does anyone know what it's purpose was going to be? Seems like it was either going to be a Co-op Zone or something like that ( the way it is divided by the bay ).

If we can not have attach points to any structure since the game doesn't support it, & need a plausible reason as to why it is attaching to nothing in midair.
How about calling it Shadow Tendrils & have the text for the power claim that it is attaching to a non-visible point in dimensional space; in actuality it would be using the mechanics for either jump or fly & attaching to nothing.
Would that work?

I don't know how hard it would be to also adapt that code to have other zone battles; Hellions vs Skulls in Perez Park, Trolls vs Outcasts in the Hollows, Circle of Thorns trying to take back Dark Astoria from the Banished Pantheon.

Expanding Trickshooter's idea of generic Damage enhancements with a proc; a Haunted Proc that has a chance to randomly summon either a Halloween spirit, Shadow Hound or Spirit Panther to fight by your side for a period of time.

The MSR I was on the other day had someone with an AoE stealth on and I suspect they were AFK because they didn't turn it off despite repeated requests.
Each of the powers that give team stealth (Arctic Fog, Shadow Fall, & Steamy Mist) also give defense to (all) & resistance to a variety of damage types.
Support Archetypes that turn off the only shield that protects them will very quickly die.
Shadow Fall gives resistance to Energy & Psionic damage, exactly the type of damage the Rikti do, I can see not turning off that toggle.

I played an AR/Dev to 41 on live, ONCE. It was painful.
Devices is lackluster in several ways. Gun drone is slightly unique amiung secondaries for blasters, but a Perma buff?
Hmmm. Perhaps make it more potent while up? I suggest make it more like phantom army, invinc while it's up, and pulls tons of aggro. Add utility to it, blasters do plenty of damage.
I feel your pain, I had a 50 AR/Dev Blaster; Gun Drone always felt very underperforming to me, only when Gun Drone was double stacked did it feel somewhat comparable to other pets.
Even then I always thought it was missing something, it could have also benefited from having a grenade power (either Web or Glue) like the PPD Equalizer gets or Tear Gas like the PPD Ghost gets.
If the power were changed then it should be at least two perma gun drones out & maybe an additional power added to them.

I encountered this bug this afternoon; reset the mission twice & the problem occurred twice.

Both times my bot was running ahead of me (Does that count as me or him as the trigger?)
I am not the mission holder, but I do have the same mission as well.
Difficulty settings used
Neither of us has changed the difficulty; basic difficulty.

Mercs could be helped by turning serum into an AoE buff with no crash (a pet that is not fighting because of a crash is a useless pet).
On the fragility of Ninjas, I've had teammates describe them as being made out of paper mache soaked in gasoline dancing around a lit match.
Ninjas could definitely use a buff to them.
