Tested again, with the Tier 4 20% confuse chance proc. Nothing. Anyone else having this issue?

I reviewed both my and my pet's combat log for 10 minutes worth of fighting. I have the Confuse proc (12%) and Psionic damage (25%) slotted. I saw many lines stating that the Cognitive did varying amounts of psi damage (based of the mobs' resists) but nothing stating about Confuse. My own attacks as well. Does anyone know what the text would say if it fires?

Does the confuse proc work for your pet's attacks too? Been running high end mission after mission and haven't seen the confuse sfx yet. Are my 'bots meltng enemies too quick? Thanks.

I ran a Ms. Liberty TF on my Thugs/Time MM. Henchmen die; it happens. But when I was re-summoning them to refilll their ranks back up and I was in combat, the pets would not reappear in my detailed pet tray. Sometimes they would summon, and other times no new henchmen would repopulate and the power would just finish casting with no effect. Another bug was that I could completely dismiss all pets, run into an elevator, and attempt to resummon all my pets and nothing again would appear. Then several seconds later, my older henchmen would come through the elevator.. AND be clickable by me to command/dismiss... but I had a completely empty pets control/status window. When I manually clicked on each actual pet and dismissed them via that pet's drop down, they would skedaddle. Then and only then, was I able to completely recast all my pets.

Is there note of what the Weekly Strike Target schedule will be after the current posted runs finish?

Remade the build from scratch and it is working fine now. Thanks for your time.

I don't remember the build. I know it was an older one. I will try completely from scratch and see if it will work correctly. Thanks.

I have a bug with my Magic Mastermind Demons/Cold character in the 2.6.0.5 version (and earlier ones too it would seem). Every time I load the build, regardless of what I have slotted into these powers, Summon Demonlings (slotted at lvl 1) + Summon Demons (slotted at lvl 12) + Summon Demon Prince (slotted at lvl 26) always are unselected as power choices. I have had the build saved many many times, and each time, every one of those powers is unselected. It makes it a little rough to remember what I had slotted in the powers (6-slotted each of them btw).
