With our Green mito team and RL's permission, we had 4 Symphony characters. First run on Hami I was the only one who had a Reverberant cast (on accident, but it still provided good data). The attached picture just showed random attacks against Hami. The debuff numbers seem weird too, but that is another story.
-
OK. We can see if there are any other Symphony's at the raid too, and ask (or have V ask) that we're testing and to not/do deploy Reverbrants. And 4 is the max I've ever seen for the Degen debuff. I can't find documentation to prove it, right now though. My Google Fu is weak.

~2% max HP debuff per stack is what I am noticing in Power Analyzer, when used versus a Giant Monster in PI (67716.4 max HP, 1330 HP debuff per stack, max of 4 stacks seeming to apply). Hamidon's HPs are 47120 (according to the wiki). If the ~2% debuff is still correct versus a Hamidon-entity, then that would place a single stack at ~940 max HP debuff. Even with 4 stacks, that would be ~3770 max HP debuff. I have witnessed its max HP be ~37000 (37220 I think was the amount). Theoretically Hami should not be able to be debuffed to the observed ~37K. And I have heard accounts from our Raid Leader Veracor that he's noticed Hamidon have even lower max HPs (27K, and even lower but I don't recall exact figures). If my numbers are incorrect (like Hami's max HPs) I'll edit this.

Been testing it for over a week again. In raids where there was one or two more Symphony characters, Hamidon dropped like a sack of potatoes (i.e. less than 10 seconds from when last green mito, first re-bloom wave cleared... attacking Hamidon straight through its second and third mito re-bloom). It is getting way too many stacks of Degenerative lowering its max HPs, more so that the stacking limit Degenerative should be allowed to apply. I am still unsure if it is a property of the Reverbrant's echo-copy powers or Symphony's confuse or sleep powers (or those powers in turn being used by the Reverbrant). Hope it helps.

I attend Veracor's Everlasting Hamidon raids often. Since the Symphony powerset dropped, we've noticed peculiar Hamidon behavior. Notably, he dies super fast with no real apparent reason (i.e. not a "Hamikaze"). He can drop very rapidly from almost 80% health to nothing, nearly instantly. Other times, he is defeated 'normally'. The event occurs uncommonly, but often enough that it warranted investigating. I've been testing it over a week now, rotating out powers on my Symphony/Savage Dominator (with Degenerative Core Flawless Interface slotted), and the effect seems to occur more frequently if I include the Confuse/Impassioned Serenade or the AOE Sleep/Enfeebling Lullaby in my attack chain on Hamidon. I am unsure if the effect on Hamidon is being triggered because of my own casting, or some strange mechanic being applied through the Reverbrant since the pet chooses which of my attacks to cast itself. Veracor had noted that in inordinate amount of Degenerative debuffs were being applied to Hami (more than 4), making his defeat so simple. Just wanted to toss that out for a possible Dev fix. Thanks for all you do..

Perhaps we could get a Temp Power, similar to Amy's Ward from Katie Hannon TF. However this one summons a version of Becky the Tarantula Mistress instead. BFF is obviously a badge requirement, although I am unsure about what others might be needed to unlock the temp power. Not rechargeable. Perhaps 5 charges, like Amy's. Just a thought. I know a lot of people don't like Becky. Others like myself, do.

Only one enhancement gifted during Outbreak
CapnFreedom replied to CapnFreedom's topic in Bug Reports
Ran Outbreak again. Only one Talisman of the Initiate. This time on an Invuln/TW Tanker. Edit: After dinging level 2 I had received one. Chatting with the contact "Sergeant Hicks" I received the second one. Curious. -
GM Crumpet suggested I post this here. A week or so ago I completed Outbreak tutorial just to easily get the Isolator badge. Before getting Coyote as a contact, you normally receive two free enhancements - Initiate something-or-other. I rarely slot them, but I noted that my character only received one this time around. I was playing an Illusion/Martial Magic-origin Dominator. Might be a bug, but obviously low priority? I'm not looking for a replacement haha. FYI wonderful Devs and thanks for all you do.

Bah. Thanks.

I have some 25% and 50% 1 hour XP boosters (from the Super Packs) but whenever I try to claim one from email I get the error message " You cannot claim this power as you have an active XP Booster!" I have no rested XP. I am level 50+12. Any ideas? Can it only be used by <50 characters? Thanks.

Moved from Nerva to Pocket D and tried there. Successfully done. I was level 50, trained.
-
First time this has happened. Tried three different times, same respec attempt in Nerva from the Arbiter at the AE. I was working on a Symphony/Poison Controller. I was taking powers in the order that would have been in Page 4, not Page 5 availability. Any ideas?

Perhaps the names server is taking its time to release names. I had 3, same issue as you are describing. Rolled new toons, with hopes of getting the rename option soon (tm) for them.

I jetpack around too, especially at Hami raids. And I tend to leap around a bit and cast too.

This is the build I am working with right now. Perma-hasten, soft-capped s/l defense. Good healing and recovery. I skipped Stalagmite & Fracture as I don't like being forced to be on the ground to make an attack; I took Mighty for the Judgement as an exception to this though &thematic reasons for the character). I also did not take Tremors or Salt Crystals, as the "DEFEATED" condition > asleep or knocked down. The Launch:+Jump IO in CJ was a test for the IO's usefulness. It is a noticeable improvement, but entirely optional if you want another slot elsewhere. I have more attacks that necessary, but as a blaster I like the flexibility of having a set of ranged attacks, a set of powerful melee when needed, and an AOE option too. Some folks don't like Meteor's insane knockaround; I like it... so I did not slot a Sudden Acceleration: KB->KD IO. YMMV.

OK, so I learned that you actually have to not be at full health in order for the power to heal you/report healing numbers. I was assuming it would constantly report/post green numbers spam like Power Transfer/Panacea procs.
-
Nevermind #1 above. You have to have taken damage (i.e. not be at 10)% health) for the power to heal/report healing. I was thinking the power would heal/report healing like Panacea or Power Transfer procs do.
-
Indeed. But the power description lists it as a HoT. And there is no regen listed in the details listing for regen rate. And I definitely don't see any grey absorb points in my health bar.
-
I have mine slotted with a Power Transfer: Chance to Heal. I see that proc's numbers hit. I also have a Panacea proc in my Health, and see that one hit on the Healing Received tab. Nothing above the head or on the Healing Received. I'm wondering if the proc is overriding the HoT, if you are seeing the HoT over your head? @Amaterasu, are you able to see if your Healing Received tab notes the healing? Thanks much.

When toggled on, Combat channel lists toggling back on Beryl Crystals as "Mineral Armor" and states that it now "deflects psionic attacks and grants resistance to confusion and stealth." The power just increases accuracy, provides +perception & to-hit debuff resist, and grants confuse protection.
-
1. The power says it is a heal over time, but no healing is reported to my "Healing Received" ledger. It is not +Regen, as it does not report under Combat Attributes. No "green numbers" pop over the character's head either. I tested the power standing alone and saturated with mobs. No change in reporting any healing delivered. 2. The power does not accept Accuracy. Is that by design? As a test I slotted a D-sync siphon (Heal/Acc) to see if it would affect the listed 1.0x accuracy. No change. Is the power auto-hit or just simply purposefully not able to be modified that way? Thanks!
-
No one? (Sorry for the bump)
-
1. I never see any green numbers above my character's head nor any healing received in the text, showing Mud Bath is doing a HoT. It is not +regen, since that should show up in Combat Attributes. Does it work and how do I know how well it is doing at keeping me vertical when playing? 2. The power does not accept Accuracy enhancements. Does it always hit? The power description lists it at 1.0x accuracy. I slotted 2 D-sync Acc/Heal in mine, so I am a little concerned. Perhaps the Dev team/Powers division can help? Thanks for your time and replies.

I would like to propose "Broke the Mold" as a reward for "pushing back"/defeating Hamidon, some amount of times. Once, ten times (like U'kon Gr'ai?), more? "Mold" since it is sometimes described as Jello (tm) (i.e. Jello mold) and "Broke the mold" is a great expression to state that a person is one-of-a-kind. I got some LOLs at a recent Hami raid when I suggested it in league chat. Not sure about the blue/green/yellow mitos, but there are plenty of expressions with those colors in them that might be badge-worthy. Also unsure about a combined badge for defeating all mito types & doing participating in defeating the nucleus. Since defeating Hami in the LGTF gives you super-duper Hami-infused power, perhaps an accolade click that duplicates an EoE/Ambrosia would be in order too for such an accolade. Thanks for reading and critiques/comments.
