It's probably dependent on server load, yeah. From what I've been told, there are two components to LFG - the turnstile, and the statserver. Turnstile is more-or-less fine, but the statserver crashes very frequently. Thus, it's hit or miss. We're looking for a solution, but we've got a lot of other things to deal with, too.

As I understand it, LFG is hit or miss - the turnstile itself functions, but the statserver (which is somehow pretty important to putting you into a league) crashes a lot. So, shrug.
