Stuns usually cause the mobs to scatter somewhat. This is why a lot of times an AoE immobilize is required. On the other hand, an AoE confuse like Seeds acts like a pseudo taunt since all of the mobs will gather to attack one another (especially with melee mobs). This synergizes with AoE attacks and other effects like Drain Psyche which prefers enemies to be closely spaced. As a result, I would say that Seeds of Confusion is the best AoE mez in the game.

Usually I suggest 6-slotting your primary attacks to maximize their efficiency. A number of slots can be shaved off of the defense toggles. Is there something in particular you are wanting to improve (soft-capped defense, more ST DPS, etc.)?

I was wondering if Hurl Boulder was necessary if you included the ST hold in the attack chain. Have you tried using the Force Feedback +Recharge proc in Fissure? On paper it seems like you could almost perm the bonus, but I've never tried in practice.

What powers do you use for your ST attack chain? You have quite a few options it seems.

I saw that you were a little short of the range defense soft-cap so I moved some slots around to see if I get you the rest of the way. If you keep yourself out of melee range then you should be a bit safer. I also tried to add some recharge to Link Minds so there is less of a gap. Also, recovery rate is usually not worth the IOs/slots for /Psi Dominators due to having Domination and Drain Psyche which causes diminishing returns for any % based recovery slotting.
