Ok, here is an updated build that follows some of Nihilii's advice. I don't know how expensive it is, but it's something to work toward. A couple of questions. I have the perf shifter proc in both stamina and Enduring. I think I remember reading that the proc was only better than the third enhancement, but I don't really know. Would it be better to just go with generic IO endurance mods in Stamina? I'm also not seeing any kind of panacea proc, other than the unique I have in health. Anybody see any other places to tweak it?
