  1. Defender damage values are scoring higher than Corrupters or are unlisted.

Almost as if they've been swapped.

    Here's 3 for comparison.

Ball Lightning Defender Damage is: 36.87

Ball Lightning Corruptor Damage is: 30.66

    Inferno Defender Damage is: 237.4

    Inferno Corruptor Damage is: 184

Blizzard Defender Damage is: Not Listed

    Blizzard Corruptor Damage is: 287.8

  2. Looking for something that would make fighting Reichsman less problematic.

Looking at the -Regen powers what I could find there is....

    Benumb -500 [Cold Domination]

    Howling Twilight -500 [Dark Miasma]

Poison Trap -1000 [Traps & Poison]

    Disintegrate -150 [Beam Rifle]

    Is there something stronger?

    Which one is better?

    Do they stack?

Can Howling be cast if there's no dead teammates?

Makes me think a Beam Poison Corruptor might do it, but don't want find out later that its no good because Defenders/Controllers buffs are stronger or something.

Also is -Regen even the way to go, or should I go for say.... -resistance or something instead? Or a mix of both.

  3. Someone asked me for Psy/Time - using some stuff I leaned here, and my past Mids experience I came up with....

Hmm, today the editor suddenly stopped letting me select items. I'd click and click, and nothing would light up. I switched categories and back, alt/tabbed out and back, and finally rebooted the game. That did fix it, but it was strange, because I'd never had a bug like that before. Anyone else?

    -Dacy

No but the little window for selecting tintable item colors, would not let me access the bottom half to select the main color ( no matter how big I stretched it or messed with my resolution ) until after a restart happened to me before.

  5. This badge is a pain to get so thought I'd share how ( after several attempts ) I finally did it.

Also I could not find any detailed help anywhere online pertaining to obtaining this badge.

TLDR: Don't murder the 1st boss.

PPD 1st - Don't rescue Lawrence Harken until you've found all 12 PPD beforehand. ( Could be a bug or intentional, dunno )

Bring at least 1 friend with you.

Badge grants during mission if successful not on completion.

1st run the mission arc "Bad People, Good Intentions" from "Roy Cooling" or via ( Ouroboros Hero or Vigilante lvl 25-29 arc # 19.01 )

    https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Roy_Cooling#Bad_People.2C_Good_Intentions

In the 1st mission do not choose the dialect option to blow up the Boss at the end surrounded by explosive barrels Louie Dogger.

You must choose the option to save him or not enough police spawn at the badge mission.

The other missions leading up to the badge mission you can run normally, as they seem to have no adverse consequences.

When you get to the badge mission Find Lawrence Harken clear the area but Hold off on killing Mr. Y until you're ready.

Also take notice of the side doors in front of the elevators.

Take out Mr. Y, all heck will break loose ( 5min timer & fire starts ), use the door ( It has stairs pictured on it ) to go up and start looking for the PPD.

There's what looks like to me more that 1 floor above where found Mr. Y to search, I think its only 2 but its hectic and my perception might be off.

If you find Lawrence Harken before all 12PPD don't rescue him just yet ( This could be a bug I don't know ).

If you find all 12PPD it should grant the badge in mission right then and there.

If you want to save Harken as well, choose the dialog that says run at the end, I think its the 2nd option. ( I never took time to read them )

The other option ( that I never read ) he just stands there and wont speak to you again.

    Hope this helps.

  6. I'm building an Electric/Electric:

    My goals are:

    Auto-Haste.

Synced up Buildup and Lighting Rod with binds - /bind Key "powexec_location target Lightning Rod"

As much defense as I can squeeze out of it.

Here's what I have so far.........

The Tech Medical category is for the "functional" items like res chambers.

Some things in Science and Medical like the AE Rez Pads are actually functional, while everything in the after the Heath Kit in Tech Medical is non-functional and both are tiny in comparison to other tabs but larger than its Arcane counterpart.

  8. I had issues finding this, turns out its right by the P2W vendor and way more than 10 can spawn if you're lucky.

If you leave the area the spawn may change to a smaller group, so set up your Oro/Strike Force before hand.

The missions are actually from https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Provost_Marchand_(Primal_Earth)... same guy, but in takes place after the end of the Praetorian storyline. His missions are available to heroes and vigilantes from levels 30 to 50, and is one of those contacts that you get automatically as you level up. If you've already completed the missions and need to redo them from Ouro, they'll be in the level 50 missions range (since Ouro missions are listed by their max level possible, and this contact goes all the way to 50).

The arcs in Ouro start with "A New Dimension, a New Team (New Praetorians, Ch. 1)", arc number 24.06. I also think that's the arc where you'll find that badge, but there are several other badges linked to his arcs as well.

I tried those, sadly no luck.
