  1. First is something slutty (or sultry depending on your skin thickness) with the oracle robes

And then buckle down for like a week or so doing respecs and planning characters as well as repurpose names and current characters to shuffle around concepts new and old like not totally understanding the purpose of a classic plague doctor as my water/poison corr gets a makeover

And after that come to good terms with my Bane spider that has not been logged on in 1,289 days

  2. What I would like to see is a new NPC in most/every zone that issues large count outdoor street sweeping missions with daily and/or weekly cooldowns.

Said zones come with level cutoffs and requirements to take said missions

Like a level 20 or higher trying to take a Grand Bounty mission in Perez to hunt level 8-10 skulls/hellions is a no go

Or a level 35 trying to take a Grant Hunt in Grandville is a little too low

But a level 35 trying to take on a Grand Bounty mission in RWZ is acceptable due to the wide range of enemies

But there are some zones that can be considered two zones such as Skyway city north/south

Now since the Homecoming team unlocked Cimerora's citadel or whatever its called for the world map that can be another hunt for level 45-50 only people.  200-300 traitors for a weekly reward wont be that bad

Too many variables, too many zones but you get the idea

Hazard zones having a higher kill count makes sense.  going into perez and taking out 50-100 hellions and 50-100 skulls should not be too bad

But city zones like Steel canyon which can be a pain in the ass to find 100 of a single enemy group can be cut down to 10-20 counts, but hunt multiple enemy types.  Since Steel South is home to CoT, Council, Clocks and so on hunting 10 of each will make it grand enough.

As for rewards there are plenty to pick from.  from x10 regular mission exp to paps to merits to vanguard merits to whatever reward is for pvp zones and all those rewards can vary depending on daily or weekly or the zone itself.  temp powers for tohit or recharge or charges of experienced

  3. I highly doubt that there is a mechanic or whatever its called that can tie your pets levels to the adjusted level of the maps owner.

But if your leader/map owner had a +2 adjusted level, your pets will gain +1 for the maps duration.  and if the leader/map owner was set to +4, your pets will be +2.

Then again this does nothing for outdoor activities such as Hami, ship, GMs, etc.

So with level 30 being the breaking point of when players IOs start turning on I thought that was a nice jumping point for permanent plus pet levels

oh and the level 12/20 was purely for more use on lower level task forces.  something like having the arsonist in posi or two gargs in synapes

  4. Level 6 - the same

    Level 12 - Third T1 pet

    Level 20 - Second T2 pet

    Level 30 - Tier1 pets gain +1 level

    Level 40 - Tier2 pets gain +1 level

    Level 50 - Tier1 pets gain another +1 level

And because adding +1 knock protection worked out so well for Fiery Aura maybe add +1 knock protection to Supremacy

  5. Bot/trap for longterm strength.  after level 50 with frankenslotting hamis to max acc/dmg/endred/defense, ff gen and maneuvers you can softcap pets

bot/trick for lots of offense.  oil slick can be lit by your photon grenade or your bots energy sprays.  flash arrow is also the backbone of the set its insane

bot/dark is the ageold classic.  all the -tohit stacks with your bots +defense very well

i never tried bot/time but sounds nice on paper

whatever you pick having a snare pit goes best with bots.  with the level 26 upgrade the firepits made by your assbot causes a lot of fear.  caltrops, glue arrow, dark pit, etc

  6. I have like 12 regen alts that i made in may 2019 that are just fucking waiting.

but mostly i wait around for the patches and pages to play old alts.  my dark melee alts blew up on that page.  my dark/fire/mu brute is one of my favorite farmers due to all the dots

but then said alts get to vet level 15 or so and kinda "max" out and dont get played

and then every now and again I make an alt like an ice/trick arrow corr who traded in the origin starter power for a Taser to light my own slick on demand and that alt suddenly skyrockets to vet level 211 because of how god damn fun it is(was).  just alternating ice storm+blizzard with ice storm+oil slick on any group activity level 25 and above was..  remember that one king of the hill episode where hank realized that propane can be a dirty girl?

but then as you are sitting on a mountain of corpses that would make the personification of olympus mons flinch you wonder why even anymore and just go back to making whatever other alts out there

  7. Just give it enhanceable +def and say it makes you hard to see due to temporal blurrs inacted by activation something something.  the lack of a Defense mule limits some alts like dark armor alts from taking teleport over superjumping here.

But, move Combat Teleport into that little popup tray and replace it with a new toggle called Ready to Go, Combat Teleport is in the popup tray.

Ready to Go gives you the traditional minor +defense other pool travel toggles do in addition to giving you +jump height(not speed) and the lore reason for this is:  Your time teleporting and blind teleporting has you ready for anything on the other side.  why the jump height?  well thats just to see where to put the reticle in some areas.

Maybe some other new mechanics can go with Ready to Go such as acc/rech boost on Teleport Target.  acc boost for enemies and rech boost for allies/pets.  Or some +range specifically designed for Teleport/Team Teleport

  8. evasive maneuvers defense drops when in combat.  hero planner is not perfect by any means and im sticking to those procs only working when you use said powers.

In the power Health they are passive.  but if you put Numina's reg/rec in healing aura, you will only get when.. use.. something.  i got bored typing good luck

  9. Sonic is ok but it requires a semi-big bank account or some serious dedication and/or thought.

The global pet based IOs are a huge must.  10+10+10(15 catalyst)% resists are huge for both Thermal and Sonics.  Making your pets tough is a huge bonus.  Also picking the primary to stack resistances helps.

the -resist toggle needs a melee type pet or finding out what pets do not need to be at a range.  Examples:

Mercs:  The Spec Ops DO NOT need to be at a range.  Their AoEs are Target AoEs (fireball, explosive blast, etc).  Meanwhile your Commando is very Cone based (fire/ice breath and so on) making your commando a bad Disruption Field target

Bots:  Your prot bots also do not have cone attacks, making them OK to send into melee for disrupt field.  also an added bonus:  the prot bots drones summon their seeker drones on themelves.  and in melee it makes it so they have a better chance to hit more targets

rest of the sets have a nice dedicated melee pet to do the job

    eh..

Demons and Beasts get the most benefit from Sonic reso due to inherent resist stacking, sonic bubbles and IO buffs.  Necro sounds nice but smash/neg/psi/toxic damage enemy groups are rare.  Pets have a 90% resist cap.

With all that said, try Robot/Trick arrow.  Not only does Flash Arrow 'add' to bots Defenses you also get Oil Slick arrow later to really feel the power of stacking DoTs.  And glue arrow helps keep things in your assbots fire patches and your fire patch.

  10. Those Stamina and Regeneration procs only effect you and only when you use said powers.  So whenever you resummon your repair drone only you get the +regen.  or if you use upgrade robots only you get +rec/regen

Mark of Supremacy's regen will be for your pets

Assault can be taken later.  people praise it because they think they are adding like 15-200% damage because so many pets and team members but in reality its basically adding a DO's worth of damage,  and for pets that have a low base damage is not much.  maybe a travel power?

Force Bombs radius is smaller than other aoes.  it sounds great on paper but you wont always hit max targets

Your epic pool can be switched to Mace Mastery for +smash/lethal defense and power boosted  bubbles

  11. For Stalkers:  One of the major things that puts me off to old/launch stalker primaries was giving up their PBAOE for placate/AS and yes they were an afterthought when i made this thread

Replace Vengeful Slice with Typhoon's Edge

Assassin's Strike > Vengeful Slice = Attack Vitals.  With ATO1 in mind this should be a nice serious bosskiller with or without.

Placate > Nimble Slash = Empower, remember i suggested it last 30 seconds.

Also I do not know the name of the mechanic where Fiery Embrace adds scaling fire damage to your attacks.  I would suggest that mechanic add damage to the Placate > Nimble Slash combo while under Placate.  a double crit.  Another example of what im trying to convey is being a Gravity Controller.  Containment damage + impact

  12. Make everything 2 parters.  3 part combos just dont fit with the speed of the game.  after 5 seconds combos drop off and rarely does one in a large group have time for that kinda setup.  I tried to split the difference here having 1k cuts split into two branches for 3 part combos, but not much would be lost if said combos drop off.  on top of all that im kinda tired of skipping minor damage attacks and thought Nimble Slash could get love/use

Nimble Slash > Blinding Feint = 30 second Buildup, due to too many ATs I dont want to get into number specifics.  20% seems too low for brutes, but 50% seems too much for scrappers.  Please keep in mind Blinding Feint also has +dmg

Power Slice > Sweeping Strike = Attack Vitals, increased cone width

Ablating Strike > Vengeful Slice = Cripple (new).  foe -speed, -resist, -defense

Nimble Slash > Typhoon's Edge = Vortex, minor -tohit for enemies, +def for user and draw-in.  I wanted draw-in here to set up a better 1k cuts

One Thousand Cuts > Nimble Slash = Empowered Slash (new), adds lethal damage to Nimble Slash and using Nimble Slash here can set up Vortex or Buildup combos

oh god i forgot about stalkers
