Expected: In the Manage Enhancements screen (Detailed Info subscreen), the value in parentheses for Recharge Time should display the base recharge time of the selected power. Actual: The value in parentheses shows the enhanced recharge time, which duplicates the value not in parentheses. Verified this on all powers with Recharge Reduction enhancements across three characters. Appears to be a display error only. Tooltip still shows correct base value.
