Every time I attempt to open a build that I find in the forums, Mids' Hero Designer gives me this weird error, below. If any one has any suggestions as to how to not have this happen, I would appreciate it greatly!

So I tried to open your build to take a look at it and every time I try to open someone's build, I get this weird error and it's getting aggravating. Does any one have any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?
