It was the "Star Wars Dual Wield SFX Mod" zip, but I believe the issue stems from the uninstalled local mod section where "(v0) ***NEW VERSION AVAILABLE ***" keeps going in and out as I repeatedly close the screenshotted window.

Has anyone experienced something similar...
I recently tried to add the Star Wars dual wield fx to CoH Modder 168.
It was working fine previously but after failing to add this mod, I repeatedly got this message:
The pop up would reappear after closing each time, and I had to force close from Task Manager
I uninstalled 168 and installed 169, but it keeps happening.
Any thoughts?

Please change these powers so that they heal 50% health but take a full minute to recharge.
Atm they're not useful at all. Nictus fragment heals 64hp at lvl 25...

Ad an "imbue power" to all archetypes as a first choice in the secondary pool that allows the player to temporarily (countdown restricted but affected by global rch) add or preferably change the damage type to match the secondary.
So a fire/dark tank could temporarily switch out his fire to dark, a BS/regen scrapper could switch to toxic, an ill/cold troller cold switch to cold...
This isn't meant to increase the total damage even though it would if an enemy was more vulnerable to a particular type of damage, but rather imbue primary with an aspect of the secondary power.
And yes, this was born of the flaming sword idea... and as a nice by-product would also resolve that troublesome must pick first power in secondary pool option.

A selection of tongues a la tails, both animated and static, that reside in a 3rd drop down menu in heads (detail 3).
Large demon tongue, snake's tongue, cheeky out the side of mouth tongue.
These would be the mouth and tongue combined. They would be placed over the face, essentially acting as a mask so as not to make the current face selection seem mismatched.

Same problem. It's inconvenient to click thru when you're chasing the one enh in a set.

The enhancement conversion window has the "In set conversion" and the dropdown menu for "Out of set conversion".
This is completely unnecessary and boring chore to have to use every time one converts.
Let's just have 3 simple click boxes at the top: "In set", "Rarity" and "Category".
See! I even tidied up the top so there's room for all.

Again, can we not just get the option to turn off every effect for every power? This would work wonders and be incredibly simple to implement.

Can we get slider bars increased to at least triple the length, clipping be damned (this already happens across a large number of options).
The current options barely make an impact and in the case of some costume pieces there are huge gaps between body and costume piece. Increasing sliders would resolve this problem as players would manually attune each piece themselves.
This has already been implemented on other servers and works very well.
