Well that's an exaggeration, but yes, if you don't adjust accordingly some would see it as OP. You're still at the bottom end of offense, it just means you're not squishy—which I think should be the case for "defenders". These issues can be corrected with set recharge times and/or as oedipus_tex suggested, you lower the self cast effect. The idea though that hero/villains can cast powers on others but not on themselves has never really sat well with me.

Personally, my simple solution for empathy (and all buff powersets) is make them self-castable.

Detention Field currently has little to no effect against AVs and EBs and when it applies to lower ranked enemies, players have to sit and wait it out. What if it had a health bar, say 5000hp, that could be beaten down either by players or targets to then release what's being held? I think this would be a great improvement to a set that needs a rework.

The general rule of thumb is you'll do more damage from the energy bonus than you will with a slight boost to your base.

Plz create a dialogue so when you face Sun Xiong you can take down all his lieuts 1 on 1 then him as per usual, OR... have them all rush you at once.

Every build I see for staff skips mercurial blow. It has -7.5% def and slotted with Achilles' heel proc can debuff for 20 res for 20%
Put 5 blistering cold in there with Achilles and enjoy. Skip precise strike, it does more damage, but when your entire AC follows the debuff from mercurial blow, your making a much bigger dent.

Can someone tell me the duration of Wild Growth and Overgrowth plz? Current version of Mids shows them as 10.25s for some reason.

Can the collar from "scientist single" jacket option be made an option in chest detail. Better yet if there is a small gap in the center of the throat.

When you get the "talk to Ashley McKnight" mission from Darren Wade, she will not speak to you in line with his arc. She always tries to get you to start her arc. I do not believe this is as intended and that this is an automatic, cross-purpose stumbling block.

Definitely do this. Was going to post this myself.
No need to make a "convert again" button, simply have the convert button work for anything loaded in there. When you're happy, you take it out.

When I combine these two powers my characters start doing an aggressive squat, bobbing up and down on the spot. Any1 else experiencing this, is it a known issue?

Can you remove the points from the sides of the ventilator mask and just have it end at the head or continue round back like a strap?
At present the rear design just clips with everything and really detracts from a nice piece.

Can we get helmet details enabled on special helmets? Would like to customize wolf spider helm in particular.

Would it be possible to increase the slider on "waist"so that players can increase the visible parts of a belt over the top of a jacket?
Also, as a side note, can we get a second version of the "official" belt to choose from that does not include a night stick?

I assume this would be difficult, but could the chest pattern options be incorporated into jackets?
Or, could we get some basic lines, in the vein of racer jacket, added to chest detail so we can have three colors on a jacket at one time?
