First the 5% is perma last the full 2 mins with a fixed 2 min cooldown.

Wait, T4 has downtime?  I've been away awhile - aren't T4 Destinys perma?

Definitely seems like the key to Barrier is the stacking.  Do you all coordinate making it Auto at the start of a run?  Seems really tedious otherwise.

  2. Interesting.  Seems like the stacking is what makes it the choice du jour.  Individually, I've always thought Rebirth was the best survivability power, +1600% regen is more useful to a lot of maxed out toons.

Don't sets like Time make worrying about def irrelevant, even in hardmode?

Incan buffs you with weakness to healing.  Being weak to healing means heals hit you harder just the same as being weak to fire means fire would hit harder.  Health regeneration isnt healing so incan doesnt improve it.  However,  heal procs from enhancements such as pancea or power transfer are improved for the duration of the weakness to healing buff.

Its also possible to stack multiple buffs from incan for even greater healing effect (or at least it was,  i havent tried in awhile).  There are potential uses for a coordinated league to stack incan but the benefit is likely not worth the hassle.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if Regen counted, since it takes Healing enhancements.

  5. Going to build for 45% Ranged Defense for max effectiveness.  That means a lot of full sets and pretty much no damage procs.  Any suggestions for a better way to go?  Seems like I'm not giving up much offense for high end survivability.  Should offer a lot of resistance debuff for teams, plus 17% to hit for all those pugs who never slot enough ACC for +4s.  😉

  6. Seems like Sentinel epics are still pretty skippable.  Anything that might interest a Sonic/Rad that I'm missing?  I'd love a def power, but don't see anything.

  7. Ha yes, page 5.  It would suck to play Issue 5 again.

Yeah, I tried that link.  When I click on the "Accept Invite" in Discord, it says "unable to accept invite".  Have other people been able to access the new version?  Is that the only place to get it?
