May 6 Update: Reworked upper chest area with a goal to define the cleavage to be more accurate with most of the top options. Reworked ribs to widen the stomach and rib crack. Added shadowing around pelvis area to emulate bumping. (Might have overdone it so it may look off with some of the bottoms. Ill look into it.) Added some detail to arms and shoulders while softening the muscles around the area. December 17 Update: Redrawn midriff. In my opinion this implementation looks better under most of the map lightings. Erased the extra detail on the upper chest as it looked funky with the skin tight clothing. Redrawn clavicle. It should look significantly more detailed now. Pushed the butt shadowing down as it was drawn in the wrong position. Redrawn the back detail. Overall it shouldn't look as aggressive as before and the spine should look better and more accurate under lighting. December 24 Update: Finally(!) drew the knees and the kneepit. Softened the details on the midriff so they should be blending properly with all of the skin colours now. I've also attached the May 6 (Old) version below in case someone would like to use that, as the old version wont be available for download anymore via mod manager. SkinTexturePlus_Female_Legacy.pigg

Heya Heroes'n Villains! Before we start: this is not a NSFW mod. I've begun a side project to update the base textures for human characters, starting with female skin textures. The style I am going for is more of a "toned" look than straight up muscular like the default skin texture, since most of my characters are magic origin and doesn't like throwing punches. My goal is to start by adding some missing/outdated details onto the base skin texture without breaking the graphical immersion. The trial'n error nature of the procedure (editing a flat texture, compiling it back into the game to check for graphical errors, repeat) takes a while, so updates may take some time to arrive. First version of the mod does not work with the full tights due to tights option using a different texture file. I'll add that into the mod sometime later. Other than that, it works with the majority of the costume parts! You can get the mod with the City Mod Installer, or from this link: http://mods.cityofheroes.dev/mod/24

Anyone recall a "CoH Poser" fan-made utility?
Lumenia replied to chase's topic in Tools, Utilities & Downloads
It is you! Heya! It is something the community would love to get their hands on to be honest. I've installed your files from https://www.mediafire.com/?fnd3c86d6x1c1 but I believe they aren't exactly compatible to Homecoming's client. The demo launcher thinks the game is corrupt which makes sense. As for the Ragdolls, I have no idea how to make them work. Is the Ragdoll software something standalone or does it require the demo editor as well? -

Lumenia replied to emersonrp's topic in Tools, Utilities & Downloads
The issue seems to be fixed once I've removed the bindcontrol.ini from APPDATA folder. Its running once more! I've attached the corrupt .ini into this post as you've requested. Happy hunting. bindcontrol.ini- 115 replies

BindControl - Keybinds and Popmenus Editor and Manager
Lumenia replied to emersonrp's topic in Tools, Utilities & Downloads
I completely deleted the previous versions before attempting to run any other version before making my report. I've also attempted to run them in different drives (C: and E: specifically) but sadly no changes have happened.- 115 replies

BindControl - Keybinds and Popmenus Editor and Manager
Lumenia replied to emersonrp's topic in Tools, Utilities & Downloads
Heya! For some reason the software is just not launching for me anymore. I've launched 13.4 a few times but it was very laggy to move the window around and for whatever the reason the keys in the software were not changing after I put my new key and clicked ok. Then I checked the github and there were some updates so I decided to download 13.6, but it was simply not launching at all. I've decided to downgrade it to 13.4 but now that's no longer working as well. I've tried anything in between 13.4 to 13.6 but now it seems like the software is just hell-bent on not running. It crashes immediately with no errors. Sorry for writing like I'm texting with a support but wanted to be clear as much as possible. Thank you for your hard work!- 115 replies

CityBinder for Homecoming v0.1 is out!
Lumenia replied to Tailcoat's topic in Tools, Utilities & Downloads
I am aware that you've stopped developing this but I wanted to clarify that the CityBinder.exe is the only item that gets downloaded when you click the Download button in SourceForge, nothing else gets downloaded.- 26 replies
