  1. I love the Hazard Zones from a conceptual level, the idea of a danger so devastating that it cause whole sections of the city to be quarantined. I feel like there needs to be more reasons to get you to go out to those areas (though there are plenty of early game contacts that send you Perez Park, and in Independence port I have been spending some time in Terra Volta). Sorry if this is off topic to the original spirit of the thread.
  2. I think I know which one you are referring too. Yeah, especially if they are hiding behind ramps. Any map with ramps can be a pain in the enemy placement puts them behind the ramps.
  3. Yeah Orenbega maps are cool visually but are a pain to navigate.
  4. I mostly just wanted to put that out there. I just don't like 'em. They twist and turn and its easy to get lost (mostly due to a lack of interesting landmarks), and they are hard to read on the map if the layout has multiple layers. Sewer maps have a similar problem, but they are usually not as vertical so its not too hard to find your way around. I am curious to see what map sets other people have problems with.
  5. Talk about a Looming threat! I'll see my self out....
  6. I did a rouge sewer engineer who patrolled the very infested sewers with a pipe wrench mace and manhole cover shield, he was The Culvert Operative
  7. So I am probably not the first to say this on this forum (if so please send me a link to that thread), but some aspects of CoH and CoV definitely show this game was made in the early 00's. Take for example the beige tower computers present in the office tile sets. Another thing is that a major theme of some zones seems to be the transition from what heroism was in the 20th century to what it is going to be now in the 21st. So I wanted to see what changes you would make to Paragon City or the Rouge Isles to reflect 21 years of change. One Idea I had was The Kings Row Development Fund. The idea meant to reflect the growing trend of gentrification and trying to "redevelop" old working class neighborhoods in big cities. In true CoH fashion the KRDF could be a plot by Archanos to gain territory in Paragon while also stirring up discontent that they could exploit. What ideas would you implement if you could? (Edit: Spelling Errors)
