  1. Honestly the range change doesn't bother me too much. I'm more excited about oil slick then anything. This coming from a player with a level 50 max incarnate arch/ta blaster with 800 badges. And even if the lack of range was a issue I could easily fix it. I would just find a way to split up Blaster Wrath into 2 powers and fit it into my build for a additional 20% increase to range. Then add 1 range IO to net arrow and I'm up to 72 range. Problem solved. Things have to be balanced and adjusted. Its a fact of pretty much any MMO out there. So I'll just balance and adjust to make it work for me.
  2. As someone that has put more time on my arch/ta blaster then any of my other characters I'm completely fine with MOST of the overall changes to the set. TA just overperformed in so many ways. I mean lets be honest, the set needed some balancing. We all knew it was coming. The range balance makes perfect sense. Merging agility and gymnastics to fit in oil slick takes nothing away (except +jump) and opens up more options. What I don't like is removing the +jump from gymnastics. With no melee attacks TA needs the evasion boost, especially when its loosing range from its utilities. Bring the +jump back into the mix and I can fully get behind the changes.
  3. I cant for the life of me find the "show floaters" option they mentioned in the notes to see the numbers. Where is that located?
  4. Ok strange. I switched computers and now its telling me I have no more server transfer tokens when I had 4 yesterday...
  5. Every time I try to transfer a character I get this message "We are unable to determine the number of server tokens in your inventory". I was having trouble switching and in a previous post I was informed that I should wait for the server reset. Well, it didn't work and this is a whole different problem. Now what?
  6. Ok so I transferred a character on my daughters account with no problems at all so its definitely a account specific problem. Maybe this should get posted in bugs?
  7. That only happened when I sat there and waited for quite awhile. I thought it was a delay and gave it some time.
  8. I'm having the same problem. I tried to switch servers and it wouldn't let me. It subtracted the token initially but then gave it back a short while later and said something like "sever transfer failed". Tried several times and it failed each time. I even tried shutting down the game with no luck.
  9. When I first bought this game I didn't know what a MMO was. I played mostly console games so when I got home and found out there was a subscription fee I almost returned it. But the game looked extremely promising so I subscribed and made my first character. After running around smashing bad guys in Atlas with brawl I wanted to make a few costume changes. I asked around and found out I had to travel to Steel Canyon by tram and locate the Icon store. I was only around level 5 or so and I tried to make my way from the south tram all the way north to Icon with high level baddies all around. I found myself visiting the hospital over and over. I was granted access to the jump pack with a game code and on what seemed like my 10th attempt to make it to Icon I was close to death and used the pack to escape high onto the rooftops. Upon reaching the top I was amazed to see someone was actually up there. A level 50 illusion storm controller. We chatted for awhile and he proceeded to show me all of his powers. As he summoned storm powers with various pets I was in awe. At that moment I knew I was hooked. I had never experienced a game like this in my life. The community was amazing and the gameplay was so addicting.

  11. Followup 2 So I ended up grabbing the Mac too lol. I told him I didn't want it anymore and he dropped the price to 50 and I bought it. They are selling for about 200 bucks on eBay so worst case I would just sell it there. I downloaded island rum and set everything up and it can run the game on medium settings smooth as butter. Ran a DFB with no problems at all. My daughter likes the Mac better so I guess I wasted a little money on the other PC. With all said and done I got 2 computers for 20 dollars more then I was expecting to get 1 for. Not bad I guess...
  12. That was the first thing I did. Wiped the system completely and started fresh. Never know what someone could have on a old computer. Especially seeing it's for my 11 year old daughter.
  13. A little update. I was able to snag a decent HP desktop on letgo for 50 bucks that can run the game on medium-high graphics with no problems. It came with a AMD FX6120 3.5ghz cpu, 10 gigs of ram and a Radeon hd 7450 gpu.
  14. I know absolutely nothing about apple computers but I think I'll just drop the $80 and see what happens. Worst case I loose 80 bucks. Best case I get a nice little cheap way for my daughter to play the game on a bigger screen. I'm just trying to avoid dropping a few hundred dollars to build another desktop. I have a case and power supply so I just need the rest. She's using my surface pro right now that does a decent job just a little choppy. I'm hoping the mac can run things more smoothly. I have a feeling thermal compound is in my future.
  15. My friend is selling his old Mac for pretty cheap and I was wondering if it would be good enough to run the game for my daughter to play. Not looking to max out graphics or anything but something mid range that can run the game smoothly. Apple iMac 21.5" Mid 2010 Processor: Intel Core i3 Speed: 3.20 GHz Memory: 8 GB DDR3 Storage:1 TB HDD Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 512 MB
