So what i'm looking for is a yellow or orange only IO build, and some tweaks to the build. I'm also looking for a build that can exemplar down, so that i can run all the TFs. Any and all help would be appreciated 🙂

So i watched Kung Fu Hustle yesterday, and it inspired a couple of characters: Master and Student and Tuffy Hustle. Master and Student is Martial Arts/Super Reflexes, and Tuffy Hustle is Symphony Control/Kinetics.
