Anyone have a good multi purpose SavageM/Bio PvE build(non-farmer) they wouldn't mind sharing?

This is my first chr(necro/dark) on homecoming, so that being said I'm still building up a bank and can't really afford all the sets and uniques that I want in my build right away. I'm about to hit 50(3bubbles away) and wondering what is the best rout for slotting set IOs at 50 is. Should I a) stay in the 40-45 basic IOs that I'm in now and farm and build up till I have all the sets needed for my build and swap out then, b) swap out to 50 basic IOs and use these as a boost till I can get all my sets, c) play the AH and place low bids and work on an alt till patience finally pays off, or d) something my noob mind hasn't thought of. Thank you in advance to any advice/help that is given on this subject. While I haven't grouped once yet(trying to relearn the game so I wouldn't be a liability on a team first), I have very much enjoyed my time back in the "city" and have enjoyed this community greatly.

Ok so today I had a "tips" mission to "Save the Longbow Agent!" after clearing everything the mission changed to leading the agent out of the mission... is this NPC ment to be walking or do I have a setting messed up someplace? Leader her out was a royal pain and took longer than clearing the mission did lol.

also is dark blast in the dark secondary set of mastermind supposed to debuf my to-hit chance as well? Cause i get the icon that it is in my buff bar

well alt-itis had already started to kick in with a handful of lvl 10-13's and my "main" at 23 lol... i'm doing my best to only focus the mastermind(lvl 23 now) so I can get a farming toon up as soon as possible. Anyone have a good site or list of what missions are best for farming inf solo? Thanks in advance.

ok if anyone is still looking at this have a question, at what levels do people upgrade enhancements now? With money still being an issue I don't want to be upgrading when I don't "have" to but at the same time i don't want to be a liability to any team i join or to myself when solo lol

Thank you everyone that has welcomed me and helped me get adjusted again to the city, either a lot has changed or my memory has slipped with age(or maybe both?), but you all have made it a very easy transition back.

E:\Games\Homecoming closed again, re-added path and seems to be working now? perhaps just a hiccup in the matrix, trying to install mods with it now.

I'm getting this issue too... what did you do to fix your issues?

also are the AH's server only or are they all linked?

what is the inf cap now on a chr/account?
