Scrappers still don't have super strength.

Pricey compared to what I’m used to spending on a toon. Coming from someone who never used IOs at all in live and have used SOs/common IOs for most of my time on homecoming.
Hit me up if you need some INF. I've got more than I know what to do with.

It is fairly pricey though.

I usually buy salvage in 100 unit bids and usually have it filled in a day or two at the seeded price.

I wonder how much influence currently exists in the game? @Jimmy is that information yall have, and if so something that you're willing to share?
At least 100 INF

'2 Billion Inf PvP IOs'.
Those were the days, you know you made it when you had a few of them hoarding away in your base storage. Back when scarcity was a thing.

This would only serve to make things more expensive as less people would do the conversion routine. Converters are not a problem whatsoever. They only help the market. The devs have even stated that they don’t want to discourage conversion as it is very helpful to the market.
There is nothing bad about converters whatsoever. Discouraging conversion would only serve to increase prices, which is counterintuitive to the devs goals.
I'm going to lobby the devs to make this change. It might be against the devs goals but its not against mine, I would stand to make billions of INF once they adopt my proposed changes.

Hi guys, I just got my first warning for having the wrong opinions. Given the nature of how things work around here, good ol' boy forum politics and all, I thought I'd give you all the opportunity to state your official policies on returning donations to players you alienate from your club.
I'm willing to forego getting back the hundreds of dollars I've donated to you if I can instead get the data exports of all the characters on my account to move elsewhere. Just let me know which one works better for you. Thanks!
Considering all of the stupid stuff I've said and haven't received a warning, I wonder what you said in order to get it lol.

There's a soft limit, though:
~500k to create a lvl 50 uncommon IO
~90k per converter
Most rare IOs sell for roughly 1 mil.
Unless you hit the converter lottery and land on a high demand IO, you're taking a loss once you use more than five converters. Up to ten (I think) if you're converting lower level IOs.
Ooo that's a good idea, add an increasing influence charge with each subsequent conversion. First conversion: 50k INF, second 100k INF, etc...

I really like this implementation and I know I speak for the minority but I think the devs should take this one step further and put a set limit on how many times you can convert an enhancement. Increase scarcity a little bit.

Is there a setting where I can set all bosses to elite bosses and keep fight AVs at the same time?

I usually listen to the West Side Story soundtrack while I'm locking.

How do you spend your wealth?
- Sit in email
- Maximized into your assets in the market via 200 slots/toon x 30 toons per server
- Donate to your SG
- Fund all your alts
On what/how do you spend your influence?
And if the Devs could/would add, what items/costumes/powers would you suggest as influence sinks/displays of wealth?
As a Mainoholic/min-maxer, I ask because boredom is settling in after 10 months of wealth accumulation without new shinies.
I like to have two of each purple set in my base at all times but I don't have alts so have a crap ton of purples just sitting in my base lol.

You make more in 15 minutes selling, but you probably did not include the time invested drag dropping pulling from the enhancement trays, shifting the slide bars, looking for the enhancement/recipe, typing the numbers, possibly combining at the crafting station. It adds up in the end, sure it might be faster and easier than the effort of farming, but market flipping is incredibly tedious with all the little steps involved. For some people, its easier to hit a handful of F-keys activating powers and be entertained with the results of bad guys falling then it is using the mouse, searching, flipping/converting, popping it back into the AH and setting a price. The market is easier to make INF, but just so tediously boring to achieve the desired results.
Market flipping vs farming, each to their own. Hopefully they raise the taxes and slam down on the drop rates, got to be "fair" to everyone with this bullshit "generally unfair towards those who play standard level 50 content instead of farming" excuse, cause you know......it is your choice to farm or not, doesn't mean the other person is evil just because they farm. Anyone can make a farm character, very little effort involved, but if you don't want to do that doesn't mean its unfair.
15mins includes fabrication, click-to-add, and selling.

Don't give them ideas please
I enjoy constantly changing market dynamics, making massive amounts of money the same way gets boring after a while. Give me real and measurable challenges.

INF value goes up, prices go side ways or possible up due to more people having more buying power. In either case, I'll still exploit people's need for conveniently crafting enhancements and make a sh!t of INF.

I dunno man.... I was making 3,000,000 per minute and I wasn't exploiting the level 49 thing.
So you're making 180m after an hour of playing. I make that in a day with 15 mins of my time while still being able to play other content instead of endless farming.

Now if the devs REALLY wanted to F's with the economy they would make it so you can only convert an enhancement X number of times before it can no longer be converted. You'd see MASSIVE price increases across the board of enhancements. I don't know what that would do to converter prices though.

The following change was omitted from the beta patch notes due to a related exploit:
- Influence gain can no longer be increased by disabling XP
We’ve made this change to reduce the influence income gap between players who farm and those that do not. The amount of additional influence gained by abusing level 49 missions simply wasn’t healthy for the overall economy of the game, and generally unfair towards those who play standard level 50 content instead of farming.
Additionally, there were various exploits that could be abused in order to further increase influence gain through this option.
Overall, we concluded it was best to remove the mechanic. Even with this change farming is still far more efficient than every other method of influence gain.
Lol only peasants farm INF. The real money is had by market trading. I have generational wealth for my characters now.

Run, pop a purple, pop your T9 armor if you have it, add shadow meld to your build, kiss your butt goodbye.

I would love a change in mechnics for the scrapper. I'm sure everyone feels that just +numbers is a super boring way to balance something. A charge mechanic would be nice, and it gives the scrapper the additional role of hunting down ranged / running units.
What is a charge mechanic?
-
The main issue with Scrappers is:
1. They're better than every other AT at everything. Damage? Got it. Survivability? On lock. Control? Death is the ultimate control.
2. They don't have Super Strength
Once Scrappers get Super Strength they will render all other ATs null and void. Might as well change the name of the game to "City of Scrappers."

March 31 patch and its effects on the marketplace

I've slowed down my trading. I have too much money and not enough time to play alts lol. I haven't really noticed any change in prices in the enhancements I'm selling other than the well documented change in price of the uncommon salvage.
