Shouldn't a gun powerset have at least one power that shoots bullets? I know it's a control set but you made it a gun.

Wanna try the new Symphony set and I been hearing conflicting things about if it's better on a Dom or a Controller.
So figured I would ask and see if there is a consensus.

I have done a solo run a few times but the most fun I had was AR/Dev blaster. Needs a more cerebral playstyle but it was a nice break from uber teams.

This was the problem ,thank you. I totally forgot it is not a toggle. I skipped this power on my shield stalker for this very reason and forgot.

Drawing up a new build in Mids for a Shield tank and was adding max HP and when I got done I decided to check the build with accolades added and it appears to go over max. I can not remember if the accolades added to a certain max number i.e. the one in Mids or if they would raise it no matter what.
A picture that may or may not help:
Basically should I redo with less MaxHP to adjust for the accolades?

That is disappointing I had hoped they had finally done something with the ice armors. I took some time off from playing and missed the last 2 updates so when I saw the Minimal FX option I had high hopes.

So trying to change my Ice armor look and it gives the minimal fx option for couple of the powers but choosing them doesn't seem to work, if anything they got worse. Does this not work? or is there a setting I am missing?

Minor problem I had/have...I have a habit of opening the "view totals" window as soon as I open app to move it to the side. However when I did this it locked up on me, Nothing was clickable any more I had to go to task manager to end task.
Tried it multiple times same thing every time. My guess is the "update check" pop-up is interfering. Which honestly makes no sense since app will not update itself.
Also why is app known as "PerPixelAlpha" in the Task Manager??

Neverwinter is another game that has become all about a certain number you get with a magical math equation that only the devs know exactly. This number is known by many names in many games, for here I shall call it the Battle Power number....you add your levels, your skills but most importantly your gear...add it all up, divide or multple and boom your BP number.
Now you can only play certain parts of the game only if your BP is high enough. To get to the better parts you must get better gear,...grind, grind, grind.....or take this cash shop shortcut.

My lazy guy is my katana/willpower scrapper, only 4 attacks unless I'm surrounded then 5 or 6 depending on if they qualify for a incarnate attack(they rarely do).
And since I not really worried about taking damage just 1, 2,3,4 repeat till dead

This is one of the things that confuses me with the changes on beta to Storm Blast.....Storm Cell gets increase proc rate but it's a pseudo pet. Category 5 gets proc rate increase and it's a summons. I feel like I am missing something simple.
