I start off with SOs. Things Miracle +recovery, Overwhelming Force, LotG 7.5, PvP SW+5 ref, the+3 def(s), Panacea Proc etc. I slot ASAP like 7, 17, 22 and 27 etc. whatever is the minimum level. I like slotting attuned with sets unless it is a Hami 50-53, Purple or a PvP I need at 50+5: once I hit somewhere between 22 - 27. For powers that will be using a Hami to cap off the basic numbers, Purples or +5 level 50 PvPs, I just put in the highest Crafted IO 25-45 until 47 and 50. I like having as many set bonus as possible when I exempt down so everything get attuned that has to be in that +3 level range like 22 for LotG 7.5s.

My Cleverman toon is Shadow Clone Shinobi concept build. Wished the PA had a custom attack so I could use weapon attack animations. However, it is just hella fun. Took speed of sound for the jaunt teleport, and just use hover and fly for 7.5 LotG mule and Hami raiding. The heal is also handy and this is the only Illusion Controller or Dominator (14 over two accounts at 50) that I took flash on for the set and also it fits the sneak concept and playstyle as a flashbang when follow by Dragon Tail and Spinning Kick. This is just a total guilty pleasure toon. I do need to eventually put a regular set five deep in Accen of the Dom and +3 the Nuc in Master throw, but that will not make truly any difference just for the rich wasteful bastard effect. This is my build I actually run. I passed on Phantasm due to the KB and Rain of Fire and I have a concept Ill/Mart shadow clone ninja they has never rolled with Phantasm, so I knew I would not miss it on another attack focused dom. I did have it at one point trying with 4 Exp. Ren. and Overwhelm KB to KD, but felt spec terror for +rech and +dam and fear effect work better. Dominator (Illusion Control - Fiery Assault).mbd
