Oh there's a beacon limit? Odd they were all working before and just stopped recently...is there a way to get around the limit? Make another portal in another room maybe?

Did you actually make a game account or just forum account?
To play you make a forum make sure you are logged in than go to game account and make one there https://score.savecoh.com/account/ the game account is what you use to log in.

I have a portal, you know the big purple swirly glowy one, and had beacons to most areas and everything was working fine. Now suddenly at the portal window Atlas Park is gone..I only have kings row and up?
I tried removing the beacon and re adding it and still not working I tried adding say perez park not working either?
Anyone know why a working beacon/portal would just suddenly stop giving me the option to go there at portal window?

Not a huge fan of this particular game mechanic.
It makes sense for a commercially run game, that is dependent on keeping their numbers constant in order to prove their worthiness for funding...
But for a completely volunteer project like this? meh.
Agreed plus dailies make games feel like a chore after a little while.

You can buy IO base recipes from the university the set IO recipes only from drops or merit reward purchases.

I'm on the latest MAC OS and I can't get past the Island Rum download. Every time it downloads the files I get messages telling me that "one or more files did not download" and then when I complete the download and run the program I get a "Error loading PList 100%"
Any idea what might be causing the issue? Any help would be appreciated.
Sounds like you have an anti virus or something blocking some of the files in the download. You should really go to discord though and ask in the mac channel as I am not familiar with mac. I do know mac has a few more hoops to jump through than windows users.

Wondering if anyone can help, i have looked about but struggling to find a fix. so the game loading strip appears when launching the game and then just nothing, it is a windows 10 operating system. have tried reinstall with no luck.
The fix for this is in the OP. It's the same things that causes wrong game version problem or it can be a permission problem.

retchedToday at 11:16 AM@everyone Important update incoming from our friends in the SCOTS team.
We finally have confirmation on user's Intel integrated graphics & Windows 10 issues. A community discussion with a member of the team behind Homecoming and SCORE revealed that both Intel and Windows 10 offer next-to-no support for OpenGL or legacy graphics engines, partially due to Microsoft's push for DirectX; Windows 10 doesn't even support hardware-accelerated OpenGL at all.
Most of these problems have been experienced by people using modern laptops. We're working on a better way to broadcast these problems for them to know about, and also discussed some possible future software solutions that could be built to overcome this hurdle and keep City of Heroes' game client functional on future hardware.
The latter will be further explored by our team down the road once server proliferation and i24 development is at a comfortable stage, but if anyone has a development group familiar with this type of development who would like to get started or lay out the groundwork, there's a lot of people out there who would appreciate it.

See my install guide in my siggy, not having a mac you may have to pop onto discord and ask for help there as I am not 100% sure the wrong game version error fix is the same procedure on mac as it is in windows.

Updated OP.
There has been a small update which changes "SCORE" in the Tequila launcher to "COH Homecoming". Will update pic later on.

It's due to AMD's APUs supporting OpenGL properly under Win 10I'm guess it's because of the discrete graphics chip (only) as opposed to the iChips with APUs? The game came out before a lot of tech breakthroughs, so it's normal to have growing pains.

After making your changes, you click apply.
This doesn't close the settings window...you then have to click the small nearly invisible red x/circle under the cancel button.
Its very easy to miss.
