Ive made a water/atomic blaster as well.. I love it. I just been running into melee range and staying -
I as well have a ice/spines scrapper.. I skipped the auto fire/cold res power and spine burst.. I took build up but will prolly end up specing out of it in the end.

My main and namesake was a scrapper.. back then he was a dm/regen.. but if we keep "i25" I will change him to psy/SR

None that I am aware of. I am curious myself of what powersets were given to other classes.

I was in a team that had that issue. We restarted the mission and he spawned the second time for us.

Im the same I dont wanna get familiar with the new sets if we are gonna have a i24 server. Either server is fine granted. A server in general is very welcoming.
