  1. I had a villain in Reunion I created a while back with various teleportation powers. Now that the travel powers have changed, she has Fold Space (I created her before the change). I tried the power several times yesterday for the first time, but it never teleported the selected enemies nor anything else. Is there some kind of bug?

     

    I haven't thought to check the roll odds in the Combat tab until just now to see if anything is registering there when I use it.

     

    EDIT: If it means anything, my character is a level 22 Widow.

  2. In Mercy, I was having missions to jump down snake holes, but I only saw the waypoint and no snake holes. Sometimes the waypoint was not lined up with the level entrance, so I had to move the mouse around, looking for a place on the ground where my cursor became a blue hand. Do the decals representing the snake hole entrances not show up at low settings? I thought I used to see them a while ago before I took a year off from playing...

  3. When I play as a Praetorian and have to click on the box to choose Resistance or Loyalist, my cursor disappears and I can't remember how I selected the options in the past. How do I do it? 

     

    EDIT: The initial choice, I couldn't make. I just clicked around until it selected Loyalist, which I didn't want. But once I got to my next moral choice after beating up Reese, my mouse cursor was there and I was able to select Resistance, no problem. I used to have this problem a lot, so maybe it's a bug for some missions?

     

    If it means anything, the black bars of cut scenes don't cover my whole screen (horizontally). Could it all be a resolution issue?

  4. I had to respec my character, so I started moving powers around in Mids' after I'd slotted them with enhancements. Some of the enhancement icons turned grey. What does this mean?

     

    Ok, it looks like if I go to Slots/Enhancements > Slots > Auto-Arrange All Slots, that fixes it. Was it a bug? I was worried that I'd slotted something the wrong way. I'm still going to post this in case anyone else is wondering.

    The info at the link doesn't work for me. I checked the Intel link in the final post, and it says my drivers are up to date.

     

    I tried the 64-bit shim thing again but that doesn't work either. Does it matter that when I check my driver files, there's nothing called "ig4icd64.dll"? I do have "ig9icd64.dll" but I don't know if that's related.

     

    I downloaded the OpenGL Extensions Viewer and it says that my OpenGL version is 4.6, so what's the problem?

     

    I saw another thread (https://forums.homecomingservers.com/topic/13966-safe-mode-discontinuation-support-windows/page/3/) where someone suggested putting "-gfxreset -console" in Tequila's options, which I tried, and when I started Tequila, a console window came up and said some things like:

     

    ERRORLOG STARTING IGNORE:D_
    OpenGL vendor string: Microsoft Corporation
    OpenGL renderer string: GDI Generic
    OpenGL version string: 1.1.0
    Your card or driver doesn't support ARB_multitexture
    Your card or driver doesn't support ARB_texture_compression

     

    Why would that say my OpenGL is 1.1 while the Extensions Viewer says it's 4.6?

    I am not positive what version of OpenGL CoH needs but I'm assuming if it works for your PC it will work.

     

     

    Intel says "OpenGL*, OpenCL*, and Vulkan* drivers must be installed separately, and are only distributed with the game or application that requires it." Where do I get the OpenGL driver?

  7. These are my ideas

    • Make all escort mission characters sprint when they follow you. When they only walk and you must constantly stop and watch them amble over to you, it's excruciating!!!
    • I'd like to see some low-res textures improved (folded over boots w/ textures added look extremely blurred and sloppy).
    • A fix for those speech bubbles when an NPC talks to you during a mission so they aren't super tiny on 4K monitors
    • Pet customization.
    • A way of having more than one Arachnos costume on one character.
    • Accessories/hats for animal/other heads.
    • Bird tails (that aren't the transparent phoenix one) 
    • More hair and face options (like curly hair, or a chubby old man face like some NPCs have-- chiseled doesn't work for all concepts)
    • a way to color eyes separately.
    • maybe a female Huge
  8. Pre-ED is useful, but perhaps could use a short tooltip. I don't know about anyone else, but I didn't know it stood for "enhancement diversification" (though I've heard of the diminishing returns) and I think I saw "ED" used for "endurance drain" elsewhere. 

  9. I'd like to add a suggestion for optional normal maps for the older(?) clothes so they at least appear to have edges. I mean, it should be optional since blocks of color looks fine as a print on tights or whatever, but on skin it looks strange and cheap-- not at all like, say, a bikini.

     

    I'd like to see reverse options of some colorations. Colored red, the electricity pattern would make wonderful blood to cover a villain's fingers if not for starting at the elbow. Patterns like that would look good with a regular and a reversed option. 

  10. I wanted to mention a few bugs I've run into when creating or changing characters.

     

    Chosen colors reverts to black and white - This mostly happens when I'm looking at hair and seems to happen when I get to or around "Super Foxxy" or when adding a head detail. Happens on the male too. I just tried to reproduce it but couldn't (has it been fixed?), however this happened many times.

     

    Not Holding Staff Right - In character creator or tailor menu, I have a Stalker with Staff Fighting that glitches. If I go to Aura and click on the button that sends the character into combat pose, then return to the menu item where one chooses a new staff, the character won't hold it right.

     

    Bridal Veil only colors one side - It works like the cape where interior and exterior colors can be different, but you need a workaround to change the color of both sides (set colors to match across costume, but this isn't always desirable) since just changing the color box won't touch the interior veil if costume colors are unlinked.

     

    Widow costume gets messed up by tailors - I don't know if I need to go to a specific one, but I just wanted to make a version with the helmet on and saw an Arbiter and I got an error message about missing costume pieces.
