Had a player quit a Taskforce mid TF. He didn't like how his current choice of toon was preforming during the "Rikti debacle" and said he'd be right back with something better. He left so quick no one could send a tell to inform him we were on a TF. "Lfm" tells came off as a lvl 54 missions with no TF mentioning. Anyhow, he came back and had no way of rejoining the TF. Shouldn't a window of opportunity to rejoin TF be available? A five minute countdown or something of that nature would definitely counter any uninformed decisions a new player would make. It's not a common mistake, but it does happen.

Yes, I did forget about the deadly stalker! I guess they could get a version that used absorb+. Stalkers are so perfect, it's hard to add to them without overdoing it. They got it right once crit control was added IMO. Everything I could think of made it OP, or came off as redundant. I'll play it safe with the absorb+.

After reading up on second wind power of Regen sentinels. I wonder if anything can be done to make the scrapper/brute version different/unique? Anything outside the choice of +absorb. As of right now, it's a non factor, replaced with revival options from the p2w store. I have two suggestion as to what could be done. The change would fall in the category of "when you use the revive power while alive" this happens. Just like Second Wind. 1) Scrapper: When the revive power is activated while alive. It gives the ability to fight beyond zero HP. It could be a set time limit that can't be enhanced. It comes off as a "last stand" sort of thing. If implemented correctly it wouldn't be OP. Very thematic and separates Regen further from WP. 2)Brute: The Brute version could target the Fury bar. Maybe along the lines of depleting the fury bar, while rapidly restoring HP. It could be like a "mini" Instant Healing that last until your Fury is gone. Fitting for the Brute to push the body beyond its norm, at the expense of his Fury to remain standing. While under these effects both the Scrapper and Brute should get Max Regen Resistance. Does this sound like to much, or should I continue to completely ignore the revive power of Regen?

Can we get the same option (like Peace Bringers) to not transform into "energy form" when we mash the T9 button? It worked wonders for PBs to have an option not to become a ball of light when Light Form is activated. Could really use that same love on Electric Armor T9.

Can we get a costume change option similar to this? Doesn't have to catch glasses, but that run away come back is fierce!

It might be an issue for whatever reason to give players access to his iconic cape style, so can we get a "variant" like the "Zeus" helm? Maybe a cape that sits low on both arms of the player, like the left arm of this image.

If that's the tunnel where you constantly take damage over time. I'd love to get my hands on that for AE!

Thanks for the heads up, I'll definitely be running it solo. Been a huge spike in disgruntled "WoW wackos" showing up on Excelsior. Had one as a Stone/Stone Tanker teleporting around a Carnie mission pulling as many Dark Ring Mistresses in an attempt to destroy the team before he left mid mission. We survived, but trolling has certanly spiked as of late.

Right! Because using it in combat is quite common just like the other two options. It used to bother me when folks cast Mystic Fortune on me during the heat of battle. (Regen here, like I don't have enough decision making clicks already) At least we have an instant option to decline. Devolution give "those who use it" no way out.

Maybe Inner Inspiration should get a negative that clears out all inspiration in a players tray? Call that bad boy Oops! Maybe Mystic Fortune should recieve a random AoE that effects all teammates in a negative manner? Call it Misfortune. 16.7% chance the whole team become Rikti Monkeys? We'll be fine. We can hold hands as we die together in the Malta fumes.

When it comes to receiving the Tower debuff we sure will. When it comes to Devolution...Nah.

What I'd like is the "removal of denied access to my powers" if I had the choice. Hell, take away one of my three mitigation option, or cripple all three. The rest is re-workable suggestion. Nothing stated is to be etched in stone on the CoH Bible. And I'm completely fine with whatever they do! That's the beauty of the suggestion/feedback board. So funny when statements like this are made. We have no kind of power to dictate what the developers will or won't do. Thematically!? I guess. From first hand, boots on the ground experience...Nah! 25% hp loss vs all powers denied is not the same on any level! If Tower "was" the equivalent of Devolution, its certainly not anymore. I got the numbers mixed on the negative to hit and the recharge bonus. Simple mistake.
