Can we get a costume change option similar to this? Doesn't have to catch glasses, but that run away come back is fierce!

It might be an issue for whatever reason to give players access to his iconic cape style, so can we get a "variant" like the "Zeus" helm? Maybe a cape that sits low on both arms of the player, like the left arm of this image.

Infested Faction and Infested Tunnel Maps in AE
Xion80 replied to Derek Icelord's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
If that's the tunnel where you constantly take damage over time. I'd love to get my hands on that for AE! -
Thanks for the heads up, I'll definitely be running it solo. Been a huge spike in disgruntled "WoW wackos" showing up on Excelsior. Had one as a Stone/Stone Tanker teleporting around a Carnie mission pulling as many Dark Ring Mistresses in an attempt to destroy the team before he left mid mission. We survived, but trolling has certanly spiked as of late.

A common occurrence in most subjects, but don't worry. You've flawlessly played your part.
-
Actually, I've gotten everything that I needed from this topic. "Devolution" was just the catalyst. Just missing one more, but I'm sure they will post once they catch wind.

And what "considerations" do I need to allow others to add to my idea? The snark? The insults? The off topic conjecture? Or maybe the dismissive statements? How about more broad generalizations about me personally? It's all here, yet you didn't say a thing about any of that to anyone posting. Spare me your dissertation about "concerning this forum" rhetoric. Me and you have nothing to talk about. If you wish to contact me, speak to me privately.
-
Is this the part where I'm supposed to lose my marbles at your attempts to appease your buds!? Its embarrassing really. More off topic nonsense. Anyhow... You posted about your experience here. No problems. You disagreed, I kept it pushing.
-
Noted, but you're decision is just that. The method "YOU"decided isn't the standard. I read your advice and disagreed with it. That was the end of that for me. You don't like green tea!? No problem! And who shows up thinking every post they disagree with is debate worthy? No one is obligated to respond to any statements made here. No of you set the standard on what is what around here. A million players could be in agreement that WP is better then Regen by a thousand miles. I'm "that guy" that begs to differ, no matter what stats are posted. Doesn't mean I show up on every post trashing Regen, because of my views on the set. I keeps it moving! Didn't change my view not one iota! No sir! Be specific! Go back and read all my responses to you. You weren't "told off" in any sense of the word. Only hit dawgs holla! Your assertation has no legs to stand on. You said your piece on the first page. How you percieved my disagreeing with it, as "telling you off" is a manifestation all your own.

This statement is false. Ever seen the "tank" turn into a monkey on that PuG group you joined running +4 PI missions, or SBB TF? I promise It will rapidly becomes an everybody problem.
-
Right! Because using it in combat is quite common just like the other two options. It used to bother me when folks cast Mystic Fortune on me during the heat of battle. (Regen here, like I don't have enough decision making clicks already) At least we have an instant option to decline. Devolution give "those who use it" no way out.
-
This part! It stopped being "fun" ages ago!

Maybe Inner Inspiration should get a negative that clears out all inspiration in a players tray? Call that bad boy Oops! Maybe Mystic Fortune should recieve a random AoE that effects all teammates in a negative manner? Call it Misfortune. 16.7% chance the whole team become Rikti Monkeys? We'll be fine. We can hold hands as we die together in the Malta fumes.

When it comes to receiving the Tower debuff we sure will. When it comes to Devolution...Nah.
-
Nope, just a gamer posting a suggestion. Now, who are you, exactly? Insulting me only confirms...nah, nevermind.
-
Why post when your comment is none topic related?

What I'd like is the "removal of denied access to my powers" if I had the choice. Hell, take away one of my three mitigation option, or cripple all three. The rest is re-workable suggestion. Nothing stated is to be etched in stone on the CoH Bible. And I'm completely fine with whatever they do! That's the beauty of the suggestion/feedback board. So funny when statements like this are made. We have no kind of power to dictate what the developers will or won't do. Thematically!? I guess. From first hand, boots on the ground experience...Nah! 25% hp loss vs all powers denied is not the same on any level! If Tower "was" the equivalent of Devolution, its certainly not anymore. I got the numbers mixed on the negative to hit and the recharge bonus. Simple mistake.

Nothing to be confused about. This is me being as cordial as I can be. I'm opening the door for you to make a exit. No snark. No nasty nice. No diss track. I know what I can turn into, and I'm not having it on my favorite game forum. The jokes are just me controlling my energy. Good day.

Rudra, you already set the precedent for our interactions with your first impression. I don't need anything from you, and I'm not seeking to "advance my position" on a suggestion board. You're not "under attack" I'm simply calling it as it is. We don't mesh! I don't wanna be with you anymore. My commentary has you putting your hands on me, and I'm not have it! Consider us broken up!
-
I agree! It should be flavor. Everyone else gets flavor for there choice. Why does my flavor come with backwash? These right here are fun powers to me. All dope selections. Snowball Bat to hit folks Frisbee toss
-
Let me help you Rudra! "I have no argument!" Ok, but let me stop "YOU" right there! You're right! Well, when it comes to YOU, I shouldn't. You made a PSA, an I quote.. "welcome to being blocked" about blocking me, so why post on my topic with toxicity? You don't have to respond to my post. No one forced you, yet here you are, commenting on the guy you blocked! The "analogy" wasn't really about the Secondy Mutation, but the snarky responses being the common denominator by a select reoccurring few. I've seen a plethora of your "toxic responses" on the suggestion boards. I don't say a word no matter what you say good or bad, as I'm not checking for you! Maybe you should follow your own advice. I won't go off topic anymore for you in the future, and I care even less about your implications to get yourself banned. Next time you see my post, cross the street!

1) Sorry, but none of the debuffs mentioned have any dramatic effect equivalent to what Devolution brings to the table. Tower doesn't hold a candle to Devolution . Never seen a player die or complain from receiving it, as it can be powered through. I've received it and the paltry 25% health loss was restored in moments before I even loaded into the instant. Quite laughable IMO. 2) If Devolution is "funny and fun" to you, I guess trolling the Hamidon league is "funny an fun" for the loser who made it disappear so league would fail the raid. I wonder, was the "solution" "If you don't like it, don't raid Hami" given to the disgruntled player posting about it? NO!? Then what's your problem? 3) The "long wait" on Inner Inspiration is a weak argument. Inspirations flow with continued mission play. It will not stop you from having access to powers. Most player have full inspiration trays, or inspirations ready to go in their email box. You have plenty of options to counter the wait time. There are no "counters" to the Devolution effect once it hits. Being on a mission and dying because of it's isn't my arguement. The fact it happens at all is the problem. The cons out weigh the pros. 4) A great solution would be to add a new option to what's is already there. Lets call it The Perfect Specimen. For the next 20 mins the player recieves the positives of all the Crey Lab buffs. With such a high risk in Secondary Mutation like Devolution. That would perfectly "counter balance" said risk. The "million dollar wedge" is missing from the "Wheel of Chance" for Secondary Mutation. Can't have "crippling" high risk, without an "epic" high reward.

Yup, all are very nasty Indeed, but I did state a rework. Dosen't have to be the exact verbatim 3 mins.
