Little context: Couple weeks ago I started leveling a few characters to find "that one." the one that resonates with me. Did Arsenal/Devices (currently my fav) Electric/Devices Electric/Trick Arrow Fire/Time. With the exception of Arsenal/Devices, I stopped them about level 8 and tried a different approach. The other day I watched the "sniper" power of Storm and I was like THATS IT! BUT BUT BUT Im currently at level 5 and have missed more attacks than the previous 4 characters COMBINED. Sure I get the occasional miss from the others and maybe a bad string on the very rare occasion but seems almost EVERY SINGLE BATTLE I do I have 2-5 misses on 3 different powers. Does Storm have an inherent -tohit debuff put on the character or something? I have slotted all 5 characters the same up to level 8 and didnt have this issue on the others.

Didnt realize they NEUTERED the duration of Seeds of Confusion. Was ok with a longer recharge based on number of people, not ok with a 8 second baseline confuse lol.

The description says "Does slightly more damage than Thunder Kick." Currently: Thunder kick Damage per cast: 5.63 Dragon's Tail DPC: 1.53 How is this slightly MORE damage? They both currently have only ACC enhance and nothing else. Does Dragon Tail magically quadruple it's damage in time or does slotting MASSIVELY change it?

I started playing WoW on the day it released and played faithfully every damn day up until June. And for my loyalty I watched a game go from it's glory to a shell of what it was. The devs no longer listen nor care about the player base. The day I found out COH was being run again was the day I canceled my WoW Sub for the first time and been here ever since. My only gripe is I WANT to donate money but the dang "window" of opportunity" comes up and gets closed before I can blink lol
