  2. Hey all, I'm new/returning (never got as far into the game as I'd like, and am finally coming back), and trying to play a few characters (altitis hits me hard). One of them is a Street Justice/Willpower Scrapper, and I was looking into what people recommended for a build. Actually, what kind of build goals do people even have for Scrappers? I know Tankers and Brutes wanna cap Defenses and Resistances, and those are what I've mostly played. I'm not really sure what to shoot for when it comes to a damage dealer Class? Obviously I want to deal high amounts of damage, but I don't even know what to look for or what it would look like. if someone could share a Mids build, that'd be awesome, or even just general advice, that'd be really great.   4. Would it be possible to add an option for a shark head to the different types of animal/beast heads we can choose from? If I were going to really play an animal type super, it'd probably be shark related. Since Captain Mako is in the game, I know it's lore friendly, and at least one version of the asset exists.

  5. I'm wanting to make a SS/Inv Tanker for my next character. The problem I'm running into is I keep making basically the same guy. And he looks very normal (not that that's a bad thing). So I'm asking for help deciding on a concept and costume. Which Origin should I pick, and what should he look like? Thanks in advance for any help!
  6. The debate is settled. Spines/Fire is the best for farming because you're easily capped against fire, and do lots of AoE damage. That being said, if you really want to just farm, go with /Fire. If you think you might want to do other things with the character eventually, then go with /Bio. TW/Bio is really strong, because both sets over preform, but they don't make a good farmer together without (almost) as much work as it would take any other AT/Powerset combo.
  7. What would you suggest switching them for? When I was choosing powers, it seemed like I had too many powers to pick from, and so I just took some so I'm wide open to suggestions. My thinking was Grant Cover and Maneuvers would be good to have for team buffs. I'm not really trying to off-tank with this character, more like just play with a team, and maybe solo some GM's some day.
  8. So, I started playing a BS/SD Scrapper, and he's pretty fun. I'm working on his final build now, but I've only mostly done Tankers and Brutes. Not really sure how to build for Scrappers, so I put something together and came here seeking advice. I think that there's a lot of places where I'll be able to put Achilles's Heels, but I didn't do that with this version because I'm not sure where/how many I should include.   9. @oldskool If I wanted to push damage, how should I do that? I want to keep most of the survivability I've got, but more damage is always welcome. How can I get my Recharge down? Thanks for the input!
  10. So, I've finally found some relief from my altitis, and I got my Willpower/Titan Weapons Tanker up to 50! Now I'm trying to figure out what to put in my Alpha slot. Because I'm running Titan Weapons, I was initially thinking I'd need to take Agility, but I'm not really having problems with my Endurance. Sure, I need to pop a few more Blues than I do on other characters, but in groups I never seem to need to stop. So, I was thinking Musculature to really flex Titan Weapons. But I don't know if my Defense/Resists are going to be high enough. -Defenses are as follows- Smashing, Lethal: 43.7% Energy, Negative: 44.3% Psionic: 36.7% (Lowest) Fire Cold: 51.8% Melee: 42.6% Ranged: 22.6% AoE: 26.3% -Resistances are as follows- Smashing, Lethal: 88.7% Energy, Negative: 25.1% Fire, Cold: 34.9% Toxic: 21.4% Psionic: 49.7% I'm nearly softcapped on S/L Defense and Resist, but I don't really have a point fo reference for what's "good enough," Is Musculatre going to be OK? I'm going to be taking the Diamagnetic Interface because I want to attempt to solo +4x8 AV's and Giant Monsters (unless there's a better setup for WP/TW Tanker).   11. You're probably right. I'm not saying they need to be done a certain way, just that I'd like to use them with an aura.

  13. We've already got them, they're just under the Aura costume options. I'd like to see them either added or moved to the Head slot Details 1 & 2. That way we'd be able to give our angel's ('cause only an angel has a halo. Yep, totally not going to make any other type of supernatural character that has a halo; no demons here) an aura in addition to the halo.
  14. Can we move them from an aura to a head detail 1 & 2? That way we can be on fire/glowy, and have a halo.

    Power Transfer

    So, I've got a Willpower/Titan Weapons Tanker that I'm really enjoying right now. I've been playing around with different build ideas, and recently updated Mids to include the new Enhancements. I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to slot in Power Transfer's Endurance Mod and Chance to Heal in Stamina and everywhere else I've got Performance Shifters. Seems like I'd have even better self healing, but I'm not sure how badly that'll change my Endurance recovery. Titan Weapons is a THIRSTY set. Has anyone tried it? Done the math? Have any insight? I appreciate any information. Thanks in advance!
