What would have been the other incarnate levels? What can you tell us about Bastion? Were there any hints in the lore that they already had an agent on Earth?

Was there ever any plans to do a "sequel" to Night Ward in the same way Night Ward was a "sequel" to First Ward?

If this hasn't been mentioned before, how about a Shadow Shard zone for the villains? That way they can get some of those Hunting badges too.

I installed the current version of the maps and the only map in the Rogue Isles that is working is St.Martial. The rest are still the originals. Am I doing something wrong? I'm not seeing these maps in the Zip file either.
