Musts are VS, SL, and RF, but will take any/all others too. Shield Charge mandatory, taunt mandatory. Super Leap by level 12 at the latest. Don't really want hasten in this build. Idea is super tanky (like 4star tanky) and sustainability since I don't have a +end or recovery power, so you can slay while I take shots" And they are open to your thoughts on the build and such! 💜
