An event io sets that are for Halloween. You could copy the winter ones and swap cold effects for dark. New years could be based on Time set powers. Add a chance to spawn clones in Cot missions. Unlock the requirements on general power pools so we can stop taking throw away powers like kick just to get tough and weave. Any power that doesnt allow io sets needs to allow at least one option. After getting the same badge on 10 different characters it just unlocks account wide. Lets end some of the grind. Up the inf limit from 2 bill to say 10. Then tie it to the account not the character, So we don't have to play the email game of hunting down which character has some spare inf.
