Similar to other, "Character <soandso> is still logging out. Please wait a second, then try again." Haven't seen anyone with this error code posted. Hope this helps sort it out. Good luck!

Yes, the Discord has several sections devoted to it. I know some folks have had success setting up their own, but its not KISS for folks like me yet. =)

Finally got some free time to play! Waited several hours in que. Made a character, played 2 missions and Map Server Disconnect. Got back into que, had to quit because it's just too late. Extremely grateful that we can play CoH again, here's to hoping that it will all smooth out in the near future.
