I believe only once.

If it does have the ability to multi-proc I'd like to know -- the chance per target must be significantly lowered.

It procs per mob in the target area. I use it in Stalagmites epic pool power on my Brute as a Pseudo-heal. Since she has no actual heals in her primary or secondary sets. It works pretty well.

I tend to save that particular enhancement for AoE sleeps because of that.

Oooooh, neat idea! I may have to try that on my Earth/Storm troller.

I need to make a correction. It isn't Stalgmites, that my brute uses Call of the Sandman in. It is Salt Crystals. Both are AoE. Salt Crystals is a PBAoE sleep. Stalagmites is a Targeted AoE damage.

Still the gist of it all is the same. I use my PBAoE sleep power as a pseudo-heal, because of Call of the Sandman: chance to heal.

I use the self heal in my Ice/Dark Dom cause Siphon Life sucks IMHO.

I was told that if I need a heal in a dom then I’m doing it wrong...ask me if I care 😒
