Scrapper seeking TW/WP Feedback

Recommended Posts

This is my first pass at the build knowing full well it can likely be improved. A few notes

I have the needed recharge for the ideal attack chain and that is essential for me to keep if I need to make changes.
Should I find another slot for Build Momentum? Another recharge would reduce the recharge from 27.03 to 23.94. I'm not sure what should lose a slot though.
I have -res procs in every attack I can
With four enemies in Rise to the Challenge my regen is 810%. Is this considered a decent to good amount? It's been a long time since I've played WP, so I don't recall what a good goal should be. It comes to 66.53 hp/sec, which will go higher when I get accolades.
My defense are all in low to mid 30s. More would be nice, but not a massive concern for me. Plus that is with Stealth toggled off. I may have it on for fighting if endurance isn't an issue. For now Stealth is there for a LoTG mule.
What are the best places for the Scrapper ATOs in this build? I put Scrapper's Strike in Follow Through since it doesn't need a -res proc and I needed all six pieces for the set bonus.

So any thoughts or ideas are welcome and appreciated.

I think PS procs give more endurance than 50+5 endmods, if you're only using one slot. It is less reliable though.

Critical Strikes in Follow Through is good, but personally I'd put Armageddon in Arc and Scrapper's Strike in Whirl to get more out of the damage proc. If you pull a slot from somewhere else, you could grab the 6-piece Scrapper's Strike bonus for 6% S/L resist too.

Avalanche might be better than Overwhelming Force in Titan Sweep, just because S/L is usually more helpful than E/N defense. If you also throw a Winter's Gift unique in Super Jump, you've got 50% slow resist, which is pretty nice.

I think you might be better off pulling that Numina: Healing from Health and 6-slotting Preventive Medicine instead of one of those 5-slot Panaceas.

Rend Armor already has a 75%ish chance to proc Achilles Heel, so a second proc in Crushing Blow probably isn't adding much.

Tough seems underslotted for resistance, maybe swap the UG:End/Rech for the UG:Res? Gets you 1.7% more resist for .03 more end/sec.

I don't agree that Critical Strikes in Follow Through is a good idea at all

The way I do my AoE rotation is:
1st rotation to take the Alphas
Defensive Sweep > Titan Sweep > Whirling Smash > Arc of Destruction
After the alpha strikes I remove Defensive Sweep from the rotation and use Titan Sweep as my momentum builder. That being said, I have Critical Strikes in Titan Sweep so that when it procs, Whirling Smash and Arc of Destruction will be the powers that benefit the most of the crit bonus

When I do a ST rotation I start it with Titan Sweep as momentum builder to proc the crit bonus:
Titan Sweep > Rend Armor (for -def/res) > Follow Through > Crushing Blow

Not 100% sure if these rotations are THE best optimized, but I find that they work well and make sense

I agree that's better for AoE, but then you don't get the crit bonus at all on your ST chain. Depends which you prioritize. Arc would make a good compromise between the two, and I put mine there while leveling, but if you want the 6-piece recharge bonus, you can't use Armageddon nor the Fury proc there, which is a bummer.

I still use Titan Sweep in my ST rotation as the momentum builder, probably not optimal in a strict ST sense but it's functional and it makes a good compromise so I can get the best of both worlds
