I know you have to visit the cape three times, but what are the particulars of that? Does some amount of time need to pass between visits? Do you have to click the plaque? I forget what it's called, but you get it from visiting it in the City Hall in Atlas Park directly at any time, by doing the cape mission from the City Representative, and from the Dr. Kahn TF. UDBV1 Posted October 2, 2019 Share Posted October 2, 2019 As a side note: You can only get the badge as a hero or vigilante, but will still earn progress as a rogue.
