Can't log in - possibly hacked?

Hello!

 

I cannot log into the game. I can log on here fine, and I changed my password twice. First in game it showed that 'the account is already online', and when I changed the password it was giving me the message that its incorrect, even though it wasnt.

 

Help please? I really don't want to redo all my characters and I'm not sure if its a bug or something else..

I tried that yeah, no replies as of yet - Im not sure if they will help at all but I hope they do. It seems to be a client bug as I'm logged in fine on the forums, and Im getting it again now. I managed to log in earlier after closing and opening the client many times.

Sounds silly, but did you follow the link on the forums to create an "in game account"? If so, see where we can go from there.

When you got the "the account is already online' message did you try logging in again?  I get that now and then and  I just log in again and it works.

What Silk said.  Your account stays active for a few minutes after you log out.  Not sure why.  But you will get that message almost any time you get booted and log back in immediately, whether it's a server hiccup or something on your end like a power fluctuation or internet glitch.

I had tried to login in the morning right after waking up, so I knew for a fact my account wasn't online earlier (at least by me). Second time I tried there had passed at least 2-3 hours so again I knew I was offline and it wouldn't have 'stayed online'. Yes I did and have done the game account creation through here since the forums first started.

 

It seems to be a server hiccup or bug as it happened twice already, but I'll keep an eye out.
