Claw/Regen Crit Procs

Can anyone explain the differences in the Scrapper procs and which attacks they would be best put in a Claws/Regen? I currently have the 50% in shockwave and the other in Spin. Not sure if that's the best approach

I'm not sure if it's the best approach but I stuck the passive as the only enhancement in Swipe which isn't even in my tray and the 50% in followup since that's always the first attack in my chain.

ST: Followup, Focus, Slash, repeat

AoE: Followup, Spin, Shockwave, repeat

Adjust as necessary for spawn position. If everything's tight around me, I do Followup, Focus, Spin, repeat. I'd rather the extra crits occur when I'm using Focus, Spin and Shockwave rather than having those powers initiate extra crits.

 

Pretty sure this is my current build for the Claws/SR.
