I was hoping that if someone has a chance they could help me with my build. I am still learning and not sure of the best Enhancements to use. Below is what I am working with now. This is already a working toon and I made it to 50+1, I just need to optimize him now. Note that I am using the Hover Board as a travel power. Thanks in advance 😄
