Duration of Evasion taunt aura?

SR has a taunt aura in Evasion. The in-game description says 400% taunt with no duration specified. The archived Red Tomax info indicates mag 4 for 1 second, while Mids Reborn indicates mag 4 for 13.6 seconds. I can't find anything in the live or homecoming patch notes. Does anyone know what the current duration is (or how to test it)? I'm leveling a SR/Staff.

It's 13.6 seconds. The source quoted above is likely an outdated version of red tomax.
