There is no notification that you got the badge but if you check your Recent or Events badge tab you should now see it. It is an anniversary badge from 2006 for City of Villains release. If you are rogue or villain the name should alter to Elusive. It was rewarded for logging in during November of 2006 Paragonwiki.com/wiki/pursuer_badge 1 1
