Very long loading screen times. No lag when playing.

Any time I go to a different zone or enter a mission it takes forever for me to get back in the game, sometimes around a minute or more. The rest of the team is already halfway through the mission by the time I finally load in.

 

I have attached a dxdiag from my computer. 

 

Any suggestions to help with this would be awesome!

one your version of windows is outdated the last release version is 1903. i see your using the windows insider iso that old.  Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)

if your using the windows insider iso download the newest iso and update your windows. the other issue is your using an old 7800 gpu with 2g of video ram at 1900x1080. you may be running out of video ram. try turning down your video res see if the game speeds up. make sure you have the newest video driver for the 7800. also turn everything off but your anti virus see if your using all of your fre ram up.
