hejtmane Posted May 20, 2019 Posted May 20, 2019 You are way over slotted in all the wrong things, under slotted and even with all that you are skipping the best IO's you should be looking at now the one I an posting will take some work to gather. I removed Repulsing Torrent it is flat terrible for scrappers you want stuff close not being thrown away from you. If you drop fly and can live with Super Jump you could add hasten into the build. Overload is more or less useless since it drains all your endurance when it crashes. Better to softcap as much of your positional defense I even left you a slot to play with and put in the paboe attak over repulsing. Took energy cloak at 50 encase you want to stealth but you can take something else. JavaMonk Posted May 20, 2019 Author Posted May 20, 2019 Ok, yeah. I think I see what you mean by over/under slotting. Wish I was better at doing these builds. And thank you hejtmane for taking the time to put something together. It is much appreciated. Couple of questions/comments. Removing Fly; using SJ. Takes a bit of the "thematic" element away from the character but I can live with that for some Hasten goodness. Would you just slot a Rech. Red. in Hasten? The AOE's, Repulsing Torrent and Burst. All slotting in those two powers being equal, in practice RT hits more mobs, more often but I completely agree about the KB. That's why I slotted the KB>KD enh's. Burst just seems to whiff a lot. I will be in the middle of a pack of 6-8 baddies and it may hit 2. Would that change with proper slotting? Energy Cloak. I think they need to redefine they're idea of "only seen at very close range" because the few times I've tried to use it have been woefully unsuccessful. Mobs detect me at almost the exact same range as when I don't have it on at all. Overload. Yeah, almost took it out of my build anyway. Was mostly using it as a "oh crap" button while getting myself out of a battlespace but that didn't happen often. Again, thanks for the input.
hejtmane Posted May 20, 2019 Posted May 20, 2019 Follow up just keep flying then you have enough recharge to do most everything more a nice to have but you would 3 slot it you did. I may need to look at it further in the future since I put it together fairly quickly so may need some fine tuning. Now on your two issues; I can explain both the reason your paboe misses is accuracy slotting you should have two yellows in the attack; Don't worry about the set I put in there the acc is fine but that is generally the issue most players under slot accuracy. In fact the kismet is a great one to get earlier giving you a 6% buff to accuracy is big in early game or side kicking down. The reason you agro when stealth is your taunt aura. The Entropic Aura taunts your opponents much like shields Against All Odds does.; so you use Energy Cloak for a slight defensive boost when needed or turn of your aura to stealth buy without agro giving you some flexibility.
