I've never done a Dom myself, but a friend asked me to work up an end game build for an Elec/Elec.  No real requirements other than flight as a travel power.  So I studied the resources I could find on things like perma-dom and oedipus_tex's powers description, and put this together.  I know it's stupid expensive.  But go big or go home, amirite? 

 

Anyways, looking for expertise on any obvious slotting and powers issues that with out the proper experience personally, I may be just doing wrong.  Also, eeking out more defense would be a goal.  I feel my friend is a bit more ranged oriented, hence some of my choices.  Anyways, thanks in advance for more eyeballs and any advice anyone can give!

I'm currently playing an Elec/elec dom (i like elec melee and have used it before)

My thoughts are that i wanted a scrappy dom with lots of end drain.You know playing to its strengths.

Might not be to your taste i dunno *shrug* 75% S/L resists 49% ranged def.
