For the last couple months I don't think there have BEEN peak times. Back in May I would log in and there would regularly be multiple instances of Atlas Park and other zones up. That has not happened for quite some time. Hopefully, once they go "legit", things will change. The population may increase once they can promote the game and expand on the current content, maybe even to the point where they are saying don't multibox during certain hours, or at all.
