Sakai Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 (edited) Finally finished my Blapper's 2nd build. When I switch between builds there is a delay for powers to show up on the bar. Seems to have taken about an hour foremost of the Teleport P2W powers to come back. Reloging didn't seem to have an affect. Is this a common occurrence when changing builds? Burk Posted December 18, 2019 Share Posted December 18, 2019 When you switch builds it automatically puts all powers on cooldown. The P2W teleport powers have a 30 minute cooldown, so that's what you're seeing. There's not anything you can do about it unfortunately. 1 From Champion (Hero) and Infinity (Villain), currently playing on Everlasting. Former member of the Hammers of Justice on Champion.
