Ozgamer69 Posted January 3, 2020 Posted January 3, 2020 My 50 Archery Blaster has an issue with Ranged Shot, it seems to have a perma-instant cast ring on it, even when out of combat. No target selected, removed the power from the tray, open the powers tab and the power has the ring even there. Definitely not been Control-clicked, it's just auto-defaulting to insta-cast, resulting in less damage and no front-loaded damage to open a fight. Anyone else had this and if so, any solutions? Thanks
