Reanimator for example got stuck to 12 totals and any recipe I craft does not increase the counter. To be clear, both 45 and 50 level recipes are not counted. In many cases, you need 1 more of certain level than the other. For example 8 25's and 9 30's. Try crafting one for Re-animator in the other level range.
