Revert Peacebringer Solar Flare to a foot stomp animation

At some point on Live, the Peacebringer Power Solar Flare was changed from using the Foot Stomp animation to the Hand Clap animation, I think so the power would be usable in the air. However, for whatever reason, an aerial version of the Foot Stomp animation exists; you can see it if you use Foot Stomp while flying close to the ground. So would it be possible to revert Solar Flare to use this animation, too? The power simply looks better that way; it’s what the FX were intended to play alongside after all.

Maybe putting them as choices in power customisation would be better.

As long as the Foot Stomp is the one with the default coloration, because you can never quite match the default colors with a customized power.
