[Build] Rad/Kin with Softcap to SLE and Permahasten

Kins are fun, kins are great. Make and play more kins.

Capped damage, unlimited health, and unlimited endurance for you and the entire team.

Very few sets have as much impact on any and every team, from lowbies to fully incarnated/purpled out teams.

This is one of the more fun kin builds I've played, so I'm here to share it.

It has:

  • softcapped defenses to Smashing, Lethal, and Energy, permahasten,
  • all the good stuff on super low cooldowns, like FS on a ~15.6s CD, Transference @ ~8 seconds 
  • fully slotted SB for the homies

It does forgo Neutron Bomb, which is a little bit of a bummer, but I may try to work it in at a later date - probably by dropping Focused Accuracy

You can get more recharge, mez protection from rune of protection, and a good place to get energy defense by going sorcery. I find that aim and siphon power are only useful on AVs and so I only take siphon power usually. Repel is a fantastic way to give yourself a little mitigation through knockdown and a bunch of recharge through the FF proc. Also, while rune of protection is up it will give you some pretty good resists and it'll recharge around every 130-135 seconds with siphon speeds and FF procs. Here is what I would use. Oh, and I'd argue that neutron bomb is too good to pass up. Lastly, siphon speed+sprint+ninja run= max speed, so no need for super speed.

Thanks for the input! I'm personally not a fan of rune, so I probably won't go that route, as I like having the stealth from Super Speed as well as the convenience of always having it available, though thats definitely not minmaxed as you pointed out.

 

The repel slotting you mentioned is also very fun, and I use it on most of my other Kin builds, but left it out of this one by request of my regular teammates and due to the fact that the FF proc would only significantly affect Hasten and shave a few seconds off Fulcrum and 6 or 7 off Atomic Blast.

 

I did however quickly toss in and slot Neutron Bomb with armas while maintaining the Softcaps from my original build, though posis would also work
